Sousse : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Un appartement agréable et bien situé proche de la plage et à distance à pieds de la médina. Erkan est un hôte agréable et a l’écoute. L’appartement est bien aménagé mais attention à la sortie de douche car le sol est glissant. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour. Le quartier est tranquille et le lieu est au calme.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est magnifique, propre et bien équipé, je reviendrai quand j’en aurai l’occasion avec plaisir.

We had the most amazing time at Neilas place! The apartment was even more lovely in real life and had a very artistry atmosphere. It was actually located in a very nice and safe neighborhood in Sousse. It was close to shops and not that far away from the beach. Although we never got to meet our host in person, it was always easy to reach her on the phone. The lady that handed us the keys to the apartment was so welcoming and we appreciated chatting with her. I really recommend this place!

tres bon accueil de Elke, qui est venue nous chercher à la gare routière, nous a offert un thé. Elke est très disponible et sympathique. Le logement est génial! En pleine médina, à proximité de tout, transports, boutiques, stands de nourriture. si nous repassons par Sousse, nous réserverons ici, c'est certain !

Flat is very new, clean, good location and Ela was very helpful and responsive.

The check-in process was flexible and super easy. Hedi the host is kind , responsive and very proactive. We felt very well taken care of and would love to stay here again!

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé proche des lieux historiques de Sousse, dans un quartier authentique avec des restaurants locaux très abordables à proximité. Loin des masses de touristes enfermés dans leur hôtel all inclusive, vous séjournez dans un logement typique tunisien. Je dois encore vous parler de l'immense terrasse ensoleillée qui a rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Super bien équipé avec plus que le nécessaire, lit très confortable et sommeil 5 étoiles ! Les parents d'Oussema étaient là pour me donner un accueil chaleureux. Merci de m'avoir hébergé !

A lovely apartment equipped with everything you need, matching the description and pictures too. There’s a nice balcony tucked away behind the kitchen which is great in good weather and especially for barbecues. The area is also great and safe, with a lot of local restaurants and markets in close proximity. A lot of attractions, activities and amenities are easily accessible and around you. Malek is very responsive and great with communication. I really enjoyed my stay here overall and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

매우 강력히 추천한다. 이 곳에 숙소를 정한 것은 나의 큰 행운이었다. 메디나(Medina)나 루아지(Louage) 버스 터미널까지 택시로 7~8분 거리로, 4~5 TND(디나르)를 넘지 않았다. 이곳에 8일을 머물면서 루아지(Louage)라고 부르는 Van을 타고 1시간 거리의 카이로우안(Kairouan)도 갔다오고, 엘젬(El Djem)도 갔다왔다. 30분도 채 안걸리는 모나스티르(Monastir)는 두 번이나 갔다왔다. 시설 또한 완벽했다. 청결, 청소 상태도 완벽했고 침실 2개와 욕실, 거실, 주방이 모두 쓸모있게 넓었다. 침대가 총 3개인데 모두 킹사이즈에 가까운 대형 침대들이고, 침대들이 집처럼 편안했다. 이 곳에 우리 부부 2명이 머물렀지만, 6명이 머물러도 충분한 공간과 시설이었다. 주방 도구 역시 아주 완벽하게 갖추어져 있었다. 아쉬울 게 없이 매우 섬세하고 꼼꼼하게 준비되어있다. 사진들이 보여주는 것보다 모든 시설물들이 더 잘 갖추어져 있다. 무엇보다도 우리를 크게 감동시킨 것은 호스트 부부의 큰 환대다. 그것들을 일일히 모두 열거할 수가 없다. 질문이나 부탁에 대한 응대도 엄청 빨랐다. 거의 번개같은 속도로 빠르다. 암튼 이 숙소에 머물게 되면, 내 말이 무슨 말인지 충분히 이해가 될 것이다. 게다가 호스트 Nabil이 추천해준 유명 맛집인 레스토랑들이 100m가 안되는 가까운 거리에 있다. 가격도 매우 합리적이었다. 7년간 세계일주를 하면서 50개국, 500개가 넘는 도시들을 여행한 사람으로서 이 숙소는 최고 중의 최고라고 확신한다. 단순한 가성비 차원을 뛰어넘는다. 위치나 시설을 포함해 호스트 Nabil 부부가 최고의 호스트임을 자신있게 추천할 수 있다. 다음에 Sousse에 오면, 꼭 이 숙소에서 다시 머물것이다.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at helmi's apartment . From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions to help us get to the apartment. And I was Extremely greatful that he was accepting of my little doggie. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this Apartment to anyone visiting. Wassim nous a facilité notre arrivée, le logement se situe dans une résidence luxueuse au centre de Soussa, près de nombreux café et autres commerces, tout peut se faire à pied, le logement nous a surpris agréablement par sa qualité, finition haut de gamme, si vous aimez le marbre cet appartement est fait pour vous, je recommande Wassim qui fut à ma disposition durant tous le séjour, environnement très vivant même la nuit. Si je peux j'y reviendrais. Cafe depuis la terasse avec vue mer, parking sous-sol sécurisé pour personnes avec véhicule. Clim salon, clim chambre.

The apartment is lovely, airy and spacious. Plenty of room for 3-4 people and I was there for one month. It’s in a great location. Has a very friendly doorman, a short walk to the beach. I was very happy there. I work remotely and the WiFi was faultless. Thank you, great host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Stupendo e lussuoso appartamento situato vicino al mare e nella zona più bella di Sousse. L’appartamento dispone di un grandissimo terrazzo dotato di tutti gli accessori per viverlo al meglio. Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. La signora Dalila sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Sicuramente torneremo per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Sousse.

Très bon emplacement. Situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Environ 30 minutes à pied de la médina. Sécuritaire. Plusieurs commerces à proximité. Grand appartement. Facile d'accès.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Nadhem. Bien que n'étant pas central, il est très facile d'accéder au centre ville en taxi pour moins d'1,5 dinars. Nadhem a eu la gentillesse de venir me chercher à la gare, il m'a donné quelques points de repères dans la ville puis m'a déposé à l'appartement en s'assurant que je ne manque de rien. J'ai trouvé à disposition : fruits, eau fraîche, serviettes, brosse à dents,... L'appartement est vraiment agréable, confortable et luxueux, fidèle aux photos. C'était un plaisir d'y résider.

This was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed at in Tunisia. It's even better than in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. The bed is excellent, and the apartment is in the best area of Sousse, surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They welcomed me personally, showed me around the apartment, and even took me to the bus station at the end of my stay. I'll definitely book the same place again when I return to Sousse. Highly recommended!
