Sehr schönes Apartment in der 23 Etage mit phänomenalen Ausblick auf den Tafelberg. Gebäude sehr gut bewacht und freundliches Personal. Möglichkeit ein Auto in der bewachten Garage zu parken. Fußläufig zu guten Restaurants (Longstreet) und V&A Waterfront. Klare Empfehlung!!!!

렌트카를 가지고 있는 경우, 저녁 7시 이후에 체크인을 하면 시큐리티 데스크까지 접근이 어려울 수 있음. 보안이 철저하고, 가든스 쇼핑센터 위에 위치한 주상복합형 아파트로 픽앤페이, 카페 등 쇼핑이 편리함. 새벽 3시경 해당 구역 정전이 발생(남아공 전기공급 조절 정책의 일환)하여 렌트카과 함께 이른 체크아웃을 할 경우, 어려움이 있음(방에 불이 안 켜짐, 주차 레버 미작동 등) 주방도구가 잘 갖춰져 있고, 침대 및 쇼파가 편안하고 잘 관리되어 있음. 숙소 주변에 음식점도 다수 있어 좋음.

You are provided with a nice and spacious appartment. The view from the balcony is nice, the view from the rooftop is amazing! Facilities Most things are provided, however know that if you are staying longer you might need to buy some showergel/toiletpaper/.... etc yourself. Also, there s NO coffee maker (even though it is advertised). The entire building is very well managed and highly secured with multiple locks and severall guards. During check-in the guards are not helpfull but not very friendly. Communication Communication is perfect, fast, and clear, before as well as during your stay. Neighbourhood The appartment is rather quiet (only some noice from the hallway possible). There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. It can 'feel' a bit dodgy after dark, but the are safety guys everywhere! So it's definitely a safe place to walk around, even after dark. Else, there is an abundance of Ubers and they are cheap (compared to Europe)!

This amazing 30th floor flat had a wrap around balcony with views of the harbour, the pool and the mountain. It was very clean and well equipped and Tim was very responsive. As there is only single glazing (like most buildings in SA), you get some noise from the city and when it’s windy, the windows rattle. Might be wise to take ear plugs as a precaution. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend it to future travellers.

“We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for Christmas. The space was much larger than we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the three extra bedrooms. It gave us plenty of room to relax and spread out. The kids loved the pools. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommend!”

Staying at Gintara’s place was awesome! The place was super clean and comfy, and communication was on point – he made everything really easy. Gintara also helped us plan some cool excursions and got us some great deals on them. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we really appreciated all the help. It's also within walking distance to Big Bay and a short drive from Melkboss :)

Fine house, thoughtful and very helpful hosts. Decent kitchen and braii, good wine glasses - these are the things that matter! The wildlife visiting the deck was a treat - feeding kudu from a bucket, zebra from the hand - carefully… For those who don’t know Marloth Park, it’s a large, secure, gated estate. Walking after dark is discouraged because there’s a small risk from predators, not crime…. Two supermarkets, butchers and the pub are a minute’s drive away. Hope to make a repeat visit soon.

One of the very few AirBnBs where you just immediately feel at home. Everything is stocked the way you would do your own home. The knives are plentiful and sharp, there’s plenty of glasses and plates and everything. They’ve also created such wonderful different spaces around the house, so that by the end of the day you felt like you’ve been in 4 or 5 different homes. The views, the braai, everything is just perfect.

I loved LOVED staying with Ingrid! This is the only place I'll ever stay at if I ever stay at Joburg! She was an amazing host, and her place was so comfortable, clean, and I felt so at home! More than worth than price and I can't recommend her enoguh!!

We had a really pleasant stay and can only recommend staying with Pam and Mike! The cottage is totally lovely and you can really relax in the beautiful quiet garden after hiking the coastal path. Also, we had everything needed for our toddler, a clean cot and a good highchair. Pam and Mike always responded quickly and are really lovely people! Thanks again!

We really loved staying at Staniela’s place. The apartment is bright and airy, and very tastefully decorated. Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in der Unterkunft. Für uns perfekt, zentral, man kann sich sicher und frei bewegen, zur Waterfront sind zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, das Haus ist sehr sicher, Parkplatz im Haus! Durch die zentrale Lage etwas laut, aber dafür den Pool und die Bar und die unglaubliche Aussicht vom 27. Stock! Immer wieder gerne!
