Amazing place with incredible views & good facilities. We loved using the pizza oven and brai, also the kayaks, and Phiri kindly let us use the washing machine too. The kitchen has so much storage space and two big fridges (although missing a few simple useful things like a colander). Great place, with lots of space for 6 people. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Daniel’s house where you have your own jetty and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Audrey was very helpful during check in and later on when we had a power shortage. Daniel is also very kind and helpful and an extra plus is that we could use the double kayak which really enhanced our stay. We would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property. Huge, beautiful outside space and welcoming inside. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and the beds slept comfortably. Our family especially enjoyed the large dining setup inside and out. The kids had a ball in the play area. We felt right at home and will surely be back in the summer.

Magical place. Great location and a dream for the kids being so close to the water. House has everything you need and layout works great if you have kids and friends over. We will be visiting this spot very soon again..and regularly!

My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful home. Perfect for a family wanting to spend lazy days together exploring the local surroundings or just hanging out at the house. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the dam and in the swimming pool. Beautiful secluded spot with ability to do bush walks around the estate. Getting from there to White River or Hazyview was very easy. All the facilities within the home were exactly what was needed. We would highly recommend this home. Great value for money

Jonathan is such a wonderful host, there are not many like him. Everything was easy from start to finish, the house is at such a beautiful part of the estate overlooking the water and near one of the golf holes, the pool and the deck were my favoriteparts of the house. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and the lounge and chill area were great. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to everyone

We felt very comfortable in this house. The rooms & facilities were great and we loved the outside area. The house was quite airy but sometimes I missed having a bit more daylight. The island is super safe and private, and some very nice restaurants were in walking distance. As someone who is not used to this kind of living, I found it quite unique and interesting staying in such a gated community.

The location of this apartment is perfect with beautiful views and the wind free north facing balcony is a bonus. The jacuzzi was clean and ready to be used when we arrived which was a thoughtful gesture. It’s the perfect location for a family of 4 as the apartment is spacious and everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped if you decide to dine in or have a braai. We definitely look forward to returning to this awesome gem, thanks Douglas for making our stay so comfortable.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in the apartment. Easy and safe to walk to the lovely bars and restaurants on the quay. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a quiet area and very clean. Was able to park the car in secure garage and would be very happy to stay here again.

Communication with the host was very easy and the check in procedure was explained in detail prior to our arrival along with numerous other relevant bits of information and suggestions for local amenities. The property was clean and as described and as per the photographs which we appreciated. Great location near to the centre of Knysna but a short and cheap taxi ride is suggested in the evening so we had no issues getting around. I would gladly recommend Carla's place and would stay again on a return trip.

Our stay was great... The place was peaceful exactly what we needed to unwind and be away from our busy kasi life... Our host was very responsive and kind... Had wine to welcome us and some chocolate... Not to mention coffee that my partner appreciated... Im definitely going back there and would love them to be my hosts again... I had the most wonderful stay at this apartment in Cape Town, located right on the canals at the V&A Waterfront. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium. The Marina Residential complex is stunning, clean, and incredibly safe – I felt at ease even with my two young children. The apartment itself was perfect, spacious, and beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork that made it feel like home. We also had access to the homeowner's pool, gym, and cafe, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful weekend, loved it all from the sweet little dogs to the outside shower. It was an excellent home away from home.

Great location, easy walk to all the restaurants and perfect for exploring the nature nearby. Communication was perfect and made for easy check in. Amazing views from apartment and beautiful birds visit whilst sitting outside - very peaceful :)

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sunbird Cottage which is very homely in a stunning setting. The farm offered us plenty of opportunity to explore the Wakkerstroom area, and we even enjoyed two walks on the farm itself. The farm fresh milk, eggs and jam were a treat and absolute spoil!

Liebrecht was such an amazing host. He had a fire ready and waiting for us upon arrival. He was very accommodating & we had a fantastic stay at this prime spot.

We loved our stay in Rose Cottage! Beautiful surroundings, a hot tub by the dam looking at the mountains at dusk - gorgeous! We were also fond of the pigs, ducks and friendly dogs, such a relaxing break and lovely little cottage too.

I booked the cottage as a gift for my Mom and her partner, they absolutely loved it. They said the space is absolutely incredible, on the second night they were treated to a herd of springbok right outside the cottage.

A beautiful trip away from the City. The views and fresh air are unmatched!!! Definitely coming back!

I believe in magic because of what i saw this past weekend. Ally's home is secluded, pristine, beautiful and all the other adjectives you can think of that describe beauty! My friends and I have agreed to do a yearly trip there. And best part is that her place is budget friendly. I would recommend it for anyone and everyone!
