Pepper villa is surrounded by a beautiful forest environment and river with wildlife all around. Some insects do find their way inside, we watched dazzling displays by fireflies on some evenings. Dimuthu was an amazing host and showed us around the farm pointing out the different plants and where the best swimming spots were. His parents live in the farmhouse nearby and were very kind and helped us get milk and Kurds from a local farm. There are a couple of small local shops with basic supplies and it's a short bus ride to the nearest town with more shops, cafes and ATMs. We found pepper villa a great place just to relax and well placed for longer excursions by bus, tuk tuk or train.

I had a pleasant stay at Sneha Ditesh's place which is very close to the beach. The place was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the hospitable hosts and caretaker Vitesh. Its convenient location made beach trips easy. Highly recommend for their warm hospitality and great accommodation!

Wiwi was very helpful. A detailed description of all the waves and location. And Wiwi organized a guided surf tour for our family by car and boat free of charge for the first day of our visit. Wiwi answered all of our questions (we asked many) and always responded within an hour. The staff at Pondak OMA was very kind and accommodated our children their needs by cooking what they liked. Laundry service and unlimited tea, coffee and water onsite included in the stay. Pick up and drop off at airport included and in 2 trips with staff member staying with our luggage and many surfboards at airport. Pondak OMA is located 5 minutes away by scooter from Dylan’s right and One Tong, 15 minutes from Alus Alus. Great location, kind staff, Wiwi is very helpful. Very comfortable beds, good food, scooter rental onsite. Would definitely recommend. Terima Kasih!

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

it was a very peaceful and friendly stay. we liked the way we were welcomed it felt like home. The owner is friendly and spoke really well. additionally complementary breakfast was delicious and the place was clean.Would highly recommend this place to stay near marari beach.

Clarence's place is just wonderful! It is very spacious, airy, light, comfy and beautiful. All our family enjoyed staying at Clarence. He is a great host, always responding quick and making the best to please his guests. The other members of Clarence's family must be mentioned too. They all are very polite, friendly and hospitable. The balcony, which better be called a terrace, is huge and the view is stunning. Everything is great, highly recommended for families and people who prefer tranquility over a busy city. To call a taxi we used "pick me" app. It is very cheap and useful.

What an amazing find this was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth by the attentive staff. The breathtaking views are a feast for the eyes - a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Every corner of the property has been decorated tastefully. The host, Amrit, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for us. Divided into two separate cottages, the main one has a spacious kitchen, living area, and three en-suite bedrooms, while the other sits about 30m away. Accessibility is excellent, with a ground floor room in the main cottage designed for wheelchair access and featuring a generously sized attached bathroom. The staff's friendliness and accommodation only enhanced our experience, and the food was just excellent – each meal a culinary delight. A heartfelt thank you to Amrit and her team for making our family holiday extremely special. We'll be back soon.

Our stay was exceptional for mostly one reason: Shabir himself. No other Houseboat could possibly have the same experience without Shabir. They are all beautiful, ornate traditional generational vessels however they don’t have Shabir. He is incredibly courteous, ever mind full of his guests and nothing is too much trouble. We are three meals a day with him and coffees in between. Delicious and very well priced. We really enjoyed his company; he’s very smart and warm. Knowledgeable and friendly. An amazing human being and we thank him for taking such care when we were so far out of our depth culturally and climatically. He could not have done a better job and organise ‘home’ visits of local culture and wares ( beautiful cashmere and leather wool a fraction the price of the markets and pure quality ) and onward transport to Gulmarg for snow boarding. Saying goodbye was hard for us Thank you Shabir.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was an amazing experience. The views from the cabin were breathtaking offering a panaromic sight of lush green hills and serene valleys . The peaceful ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway far from the hustle and bustle of city life The service was top notch , staffs wer incredibly attentive and ensured every aspect of stay was comfortable. Good access to shops and restaurants, great cafés near by . Good network Thanks a lot for hosting us in this nature friendly getaway
