1) Good residential area. Shops are nearby. 2)Place is Clean. Host is responsive. 3) Safe for kids as it is in ground floor. You can prepare a basic meal.

Great place. I am glad to find this place in Dehradun, had a wonderful stay, beautiful property, penthouse with a large terrace and awesome views from 3 sides, multiple balconies all with beautiful views of the mountains. Location is right at the centre where everything is very close by. Everything you need is right outside and still very peaceful. Whenever I visit Dehradun this is the only place I would stay at.

We had an exceptional 4-day stay at Abdullah's place for our wedding celebration! Our guests were thoroughly comfortable, and we appreciated the immaculately clean space, stunning outdoors, and seamless experience. I highly recommend staying with Abdullah. Very nice property for stay. we came around 10 people and easily got accomodation. Also separate kitchen is there where you can cook your favourite item. The owner Kenneth is a very nice and supportive person who always help us during our stay. will definitely visit the place in coming days.

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

We loved our stay in this place because of the amenities provided and the host was so friendly and interactive. The place was so clean and private. It is a best place to visit if we travel to Kottayam.

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck!

Had an epic few days relaxing in Nilaveli. What better place to unwind than the penthouse with amazing views, super clean and all the amenities one would need. Everything here was spectacular. There is even a lovely little beach restaurant next door that has excellent food. Beach was super clean and Pigeon Island was so close. Best views from the deck off the apartment. Sad to leave - Thank you Elaine and Rory!

The place made me feel right at home. It had all the basic amenities right from the time I entered. The host was very cordial and cooperative and even moved the check-in time early after I asked about it. Overall the stay was quite nice and loved the experience.

Beautiful well managed family apartment loved to stay again

We booked Sukh Sagar to spend a quiet New Year as a family of three, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The host was approachable and very helpful before, upon our arrival and during the stay. The staff was proactive, ensuring our stay was clean, comfortable, and hassle-free on the beautiful Beas river front property. They even arranged a private New Year’s Eve celebration for us, complete with a bonfire and snacks. The flat was spacious, with large bedrooms, a cozy living room featuring a fireplace, and thoughtful amenities perfect for a family stay. WiFi, TV, and ample parking—everything was on point. Full marks for the setup! The surroundings were serene and picturesque, adding to the charm of the place. However, finding the homestay after reaching Dwara can be a little confusing. It’s best to ask for directions at local shops about Dobhi or contact the host for precise guidance. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
