South Athens : locations de vacances avec toilettes PMR

We visited Evelina‘s place over our Christmas vacation and had a great time. The apartment looks just like the pictures, it is very spacious and cozy, fully equipped and with very comfortable beds. Location is great, super close to the metro station and in close proximity to bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Will definitely return, thank you for everything Evelina.

Nous avons été reçues par le mari de konstantina, Steve qui a été très gentil de nous accueillir malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Le logement était très bien aménagé, la literie confortable. Malgré son absence, konstantina était très réactive par message et Steve était présent pour nous conseiller. Il nous a offert de très bons fruits et une confiserie de l île de Chios. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ce logement et des ces deux hôtes adorables. Si nous revenons à Athènes sûrement que nous reviendrons chez konstantina et Steve ! Je recommande a 100% !

The property is so beautiful, very well appointed, quiet and private. It has everything that you need and has a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy a wine at the end of the day or a coffee in the morning marvelling at the base of the Acropolis and the church outside the property. The property was pristine, clean and every detail in the property has been thought of to make your stay very comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting a very special host Akrivi ❤️ who went above and beyond any Airbnb host we have met! We can’t thank you enough Akrivi for your kindness and help when we needed it and being available throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and we look forward to staying here next year when we return to Athens.

Very good place to stay. 100m from the beach. Very clean, comfortable. A lot of space. There I found everything I needed and even more. Communication was very easy, fast answers on all questions. Melina is very nice and hospitable. I would definitely recommend it.

Zoe is a considerate and amazing host; she met us when we arrived and kindly checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. When we requested some kitchen items, she provided them right away and was responsive to any question we had. The space was perfectly cozy and had everything we needed to feel like home so much that we enjoyed cooking meals almost everyday in the kitchen! The neighborhood felt safe and we loved that the market was right down the street as well as some eateries. Zoe was kind enough to confirm our arrival and departure times in case our check-in/check-out needed to be adjusted. I was so grateful to find Zoe and her Airbnb and would love to stay again when I come back to Greece!

What a charming, historic home in a perfectly situated location - easy access to the Acropolis and everything is walkable, yet you don’t feel like you’re amongst tons of tourists. We came during winter and the place was warm and cozy with lovely radiant heat. Rachel provided great local recommendations and was proactive in giving us some tips for our stay. Thank you Rachel, we’d definitely stay again!

The accommodation was good, nice little area, with many restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and bars. Very easy to get to Athens centre on the metro, we also walked one day it took us about an hour.

Eleftherios place is clean, well located, cosy with all the amenities you need for your trip. Eleftherio is really kind man that will take time to explain you where to go and visit. We follow his recommendations and all were great. Definitely will stay here again and would recommend his place to anyone that will come to explore Athens.

Εξαιρετικό το διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή περιοχή. Είχα άμεση βοήθεια σε ότι χρειάστηκα από τον Κύριο Γιώργο και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα το ξανα επιλέξω εννοείται....

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le Logement est niquel. À 8 min à pied du métro pour l'aéroport, et à 15 min à pied de l'accropolis. Merci aux hôtes pour leurs réactivités et leurs conseils. James & Sarah.

Séjour parfait ! L’appartement est comme décrit dans l’annonce, la cuisine est super bien équipée !! Très proche de Plaka et du centre donc on peut tout faire à pied Anna est vraiment une super hôte qui est hyper réactive et nous a aidé quand nous en avions besoin Les adresses recommandées sont supers sympas Un grand merci Anna pour tout et je recommande vraiment cette location !!

I had a wonderful 2-week stay at Kyriakos’ place. It is modern and well equipped with all the amenities you may need even for longer stays. The host was very helpful and responsive both leading up to and throughout my stay. Located more or less in the center of Athens. Several supermarkets and all kinds of services nearby, including public transport - both bus and metro. The designated free parking spot under the building is a huge bonus if traveling by car, as street parking in the area can get very tricky. The spot is also quite spacious and easy to get into - a pleasant surprise after navigating the narrow streets. Overall, I found it a great place, and will definitely consider staying again when I am back in the area!

María is a great host. Very kind and accommodating. She was very helpful upon check in and at check out. Her place is clean, quiet and has everything you need. The view of Acropolis from her place is amazing. Would highly recommend Maria’s place.

Very recommended apartment to stay. First of all the hosts were very helpful, mindful and kind, with very fast responses - the best hospitality anyone would like to get. Beautiful apartment, well furnished and feels like home immediately, very clean, beautiful views from all around the apartment. The location is little far away from the center, but around the apartment you will have nice and cool local cafes and bars. We had some great recommendations from the hosts that we really enjoyed, loved our stay- we’ll be back for sure.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά με πολύ εύκολη συγκοινωνία.Η Μαγδα ηταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικη και εξυπηρετική και μας βοηθησε άμεσα σε καθε μας ανάγκη. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα επίσης η ιδιωτική θέση πάρκινγκ.

Michael was an excellent host! We didn't have the chance to meet him but he was so helpful in inviting us into his space. It was clean and perfect for our few days in Athens. It's well designed and has everything you'd need. He gave us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Good food and restaurants are only steps away from his home. Highly recommend and will definitely stay when I return.

Beautiful apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. As a woman travelling on my own for the first time to an unknown country, I was nervous as my flight landed around 1.30am but as soon as I landed, the host (Zeta) instantly replied me & reassured me. She was waiting for me in the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment is massive with plenty of space for a couple or whole family. It has all the amenities necessary, fully functional kitchen, washing machine & lovely large balcony area with outdoor furniture to sit out in the sun. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants & cafe within walking distance. Ideal location for the Hygeia Hospital & beautiful town Chalandri is within 10mins of walking. Aga Paraskevi metro is about 12mins walk & it takes only about 30mins to the airport. Zeta replies to all your questions promptly & she is very friendly. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend to stay here.
