Sophia was a great host and went above and beyond to help us get to and from her apartments. She was very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We only stayed for one night due to leaving for a cruise - however we will definitely have her location at the top of our list when we return again. I highly recommend this stay and host!

Logement idéalement situé, dans un quartier très vivant et de nombreux restaurants et ambiances variées. Tout les points d’intérêts principaux d’Athenes sont accessibles à pied, ce qui est un fantastique atout ! Quartier de Monastiraki très sympa, même si le restaurant situé en desssous est parfois bruyant. Je recommande pour la situation géographique idéale.

I was very happy with everything there. The location was better than imagined. Chris was super helpful with an airport pick up, small fee, and with all kinds of information! Very much appreciated. I’m definitely recommending Chris and Sylvia’s place to all of my friends and family.

Very clean! Quiet neighborhood and good location.

Our stay was 100% great. We stayed for 5 nights. The place is a hidden gem, off the beaten track, set away from the road. It’s authentic and beautiful, the setting is really idyllic. The apartments are well equipped and have quality double glazing. Although we weren’t bitten, we appreciated the modern insect screens at night as we were able to leave the windows open. They are set behind Kostas’s taverna which serves delicious fresh food much of it coming from the garden behind and the sea in front. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The sandy cove in front of the taverna is via a paved path and a lovely lush garden. Tables extend to the edge of the sea and large old trees and straw umbrellas shade you whilst you eat and chat and watch the boats go by. West facing beautiful sunsets, shallow, sandy, warm, clear sea. 10 minutes by bus (on time, 3 times a day), or taxi 10€ to Aegina Town or the village of Perdika to the south if you want to explore. Short walk to a good supermarket.

The place is perfect if you want to be close to the beach (approx. 5 minutes walking). There are some shops and restaurants in the neighborhood (I can recommend restaurant O Mpakalis with great food, nice staff and reasonable prices). It's also convenient when it comes to transport from the airport (by bus X96, bus stop is 10 minutes away). You can also easily get to the city center by bus or tram. The apartment is spacious, although the bathroom is rather small. But you have 3 different balconies as a bonus :) AC was working fine, we also received very clear instructions on how to get inside. Efi was very friendly and responded to all our questions.

This is one of the best places in Athens to stay. The location is perfect - the centre is known for being noisy and crowded - it is - but this apartment was silent. The insulation and thick windows mean you can be in the heart of the capital and enjoy peace and quiet. The gym on the third floor was an excellent touch. I take a lot of time searching for the best places to stay and I mean what I write: this does not disappoint. Friendly contact, spacious and pristine flat + the facilities to wash clothes and the opportunity to have the apartment cleaned during your stay free of charge! This Airbnb is beautiful. It is exactly like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and spotless. The host was informative and polite. He took a lot of time with us, answering our many questions about the area. This Airbnb was perfect for our party of 6. I highly recommend it..

Great place… great location excellent communication with host and would probably look to book again! I guess the only downside for me would it’s a shame it’s not 3 bedrooms… otherwise really enjoyed my stay…👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and modern. The baby bassinet was one of the best of its kind! Our baby loved it. The area was 15 min walk from main centre and easy to get to. The area felt safe as welll. Thank you!

все было прекрасно, великолепные большие апартаменты ,очень чисто, комфортно, с удовольствием вернемся еще раз. Единственный недостаток что в самих апартаментах нет стиральной машины ,и стирать надо ходить специальное помещение. Но мы и к этому приспособились. Все замечательно, мы прекрасно отдохнули. Отлична парковка под зданием для города это большой плюс.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες!!! ιδιαίτερα ξεχώρισε η άνεση που ενέπνεε και τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια! Η υποδοχή ήταν επαρκής αφού πέραν των αναψυκτικών που είχε στο ψυγείο, είχε και 4 κάψουλες για καφέ μηχανής.

Great location with great hosting! The place is very good location at the heart of Athens walkable for every district on central. It is exactly same either the picture, very clean and well equipped. Dimitra is a great host, always responsive and helpful!

Me and my boyfriend went to this Airbnb once again only a week apart for our trip because it's really affordable and very convenient for buses and anything else since you're only one road away from Monastiraki square. A great deal for young travelers!

It was in a very good area about a 5 minute walk from the metro. There was a little corner store about 2 minutes from the air bnb and a bigger store about 7 minutes away. Very convenient.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, Ευγενέστατος ο οικοδεσπότης, το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και άνετο και με όλες τις παροχές του. Θα το πρότεινα ξανά και ξανά ανεπιφύλακτα. Απόλαυσα την διαμονή στο έπακρο.

Logement très bien situé et proche du centre, la vue sur l'Acropole est incroyable. Parfait pour des petits budgets et recommandations très utiles !

Stavros’ place is great value for money and is in the perfect location in Exarchia. Stavros is a generous host and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment.
