Joanna made my booking and stay stress free and surprised us with a lovely thoughtful welcome gift. The caravan was immaculate and spacious for us to have a relaxing few days celebrating family.

We all had a great holiday. The caravan was in great condition and clean. Craig Tara is a good location. The only issue we had was with Haven (the company who runs Craig Tara) Please not that everything that follows got NOTHING TO DO with the caravan or the host, but should be mentioned anyway. - The play pass for private rent is a total rip-off (don't buy it if you can avoid) we paid £126 for 3 adults and a child and all it does is basically allow you to pay more money when you want to book any activities like trampoline and such - Food ordering over the Haven app is a nightmare they took £43 off us and when we wanted to collect the food the shop was closed and we had to stay another 5 hours after check-out for the shop to open to request a refund. I could go on and on but that's just a short warning. If you just look for a couple days off and can cater for yourself this caravan IS FANTASTIC, just try to minimise any engagement with Haven if you can.

Karen's place was fab! We stayed over the Easter weekend with our two young children, and dog and we absolutely loved it. Our boys had a great time jumping in the hot tub on the morning of our second day, and we really lucked out with the weather too. Karen's caravan was a great little stay. Inside was spotless, Karen had thought of everything to include in our stay, including cute little extras such as a bottle of fizz, chocolate's and even treats for our dog. The bed in the master bedroom was really comfy and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was lovely and hot! There wasn't anything that wasn't catered for, honestly, Karen was a super host and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her place, or going back again. It really was a fantastic stay, and our 5 year old now wants a hot tub!! Thank you Karen for making our weekend what it was! ❤️

My family and I had a lovely few days staying at this airbnb. Mobile home and location couldn't have been better, lovely mobile . We had a horrible accident where TV got broken with young boy , we contacted Heather our host ,who was very nice and helpful over our ordeal .

Ronald and Trisha went over and above to make us feel welcome including a birthday card and extras for our 6 year old sons birthday. Property is perfectly clean, warm, and has all mod cons required for a relaxing stay. We could not fault anything including our excellent hosts. Thank you so much.

We had a great time with the grandchildren. They loved the caravan, the park and the beach. Plenty places to eat out or takeaway. Everything we needed was in the unit. Ideal for what we were looking for.

Lovely home away from home. Very clean on arrival, plenty of DVDs available to watch for entertainment. There was a TV in every room which was a great thing for the kids. Within 10 minutes drive to Girvan for supplies if needed. The host was very responsive to questions i had, even at unsociable times. Thank you for a lovely visit. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.
