The house was great, pool was awesome, amenities were great, very spacious, felt right at home.

We travelled with our toddler and parents. We had an amazing time here. It is luxurious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was perfect, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms clean. The whole condo was well stocked and surprisingly very kid friendly. Lots of nice touches too like the beach chairs, floaties, etc available to use. The daily resort fees only include 2 chairs on the beach so it was nice that these chairs were available to bring with us. We were able to get as many beach towels as we wanted from the kiosk. The best feature of this rental is definitely the amazing wrap around balcony with its spectacular views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time there in the morning and evening. Highly recommend this place and is great value, will definitely be back our next trip!

A beautiful south beach spot. Walkable and nice location. The place was very comfortable and decorated well. Laguna was wonderful - communication was spot on, very helpful.

I will definitely book this place again when I am back in the area. It's a wonderful space in a great location. The pool and the airbnb were pristine. The location is fabulous. It's close to everything I needed, but was very quiet. I especially loved that I had a parking space right in front of the building. Parking can be a challenge in this area. Also, for South Florida on the beach, I felt the room was very spacious. I almost hate to give such a good review, because I don't want this place to be booked when I want to book again lol. But, I have to be honest. This is a hidden gem. The host was a great communicator as well.

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

We had a lovely stay at Celiane’s beautiful home! The property itself was great - plenty of space, a nice pool, and a quiet, relaxed area. The location was close to great restaurants and activities, but in a peaceful environment. Check-in and check-out were easy, and Celiane was helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great week long stay at Anastasia’s place over New Years. The house looks like the photos and would be great for multiple couples since it has 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The pool and rear yard was where we spent a lot of our time. A++++ for the pool temperature in January. You must go to Sunny’s and the Osteria for dinner (both are close by) and amazing. Location is on a busy road but you don’t really hear much traffic noise in the house. We did have a car so it was easy to get around. Would recommend this house for anyone coming to Miami.

If you want to be in the mix but not IN the hustle n bustle of hollywood this is a gem, and Nathalie is a sweetheart. Great stay thank you!

Amazing home in a beautiful, quiet, and convenient neighborhood. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, many walkable if around a mile is within your range. Everything about the home is comfortable and inviting.

The home was easy to find. Utilized a car to get to the beach. Beach parking is around $7/hr. The pool was good temperature. Back yard was private. Nice grill. Lots of kitchen amenities and extras. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Overall a great Christmas vacation for our family.

Richard was AMAZING! He was so helpful and gave us everything we wanted and needed and was very communicative and clear! The location could've been more perfect for me and my 11 friends! We had the best time and wish we stayed longer! The house was 5 mins from the beach and store and amazing restaurants as well as ft. lauderdale and miami were super close! 10/10 thank you Richard 🫶🏼

This is a great spacious property in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our group was four adults with three kids and we really enjoyed staying here. The property looks just like the pictures. We have stayed at multiple locations in this area and this is definitely one of the top properties. Thanks mike!

This is a fantastic, clean, peaceful home to spend a week with family. Don’t hesitate! Reasonable compared to other air bnb’s, safe for teens to wander independently to the boardwalk. Easy access for whole family in and out all day. Desiree is exceptionally kind. Thank you very much for a perfect spring break!

Possibly the very best Air BNB that I have stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. Very comfortable and I felt very safe. Amanda's place is indeed a 5 star

House is very clean and well air conditioned. It’s a duplex which I wish was made clear in the description but not a super big deal. Getting in and out of the house was easy. Furniture was nice and modern. Had two bathrooms with two showers which was very much needed. A bit far from most of the activities we did in Miami but nothing terrible just inconvenient if constantly needing to uber. Overall a good experience. Joey was responsive and answered any questions I had before arriving.

We spent the Christmas break at this location and was perfect for a family of 10 of all ages. The home was clean and well kept. Well equipped kitchen , all necessity for babies , the pool and spa were heated and so much fun. True description of the website. We had a very late check in and the host was super accommodating. The host was a text message away, very easy, accessible and responsive communication. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Highly recommend this home .

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Der schöne Bungalow entspricht den Fotos und hat einen tollen Outdoor Bereich direkt am Kanal, mit schöner Aussicht. Rod und Vanessa waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, ihre Tipps waren klasse. Vielen Dank!
