Great place and location, walking distance to beach and restaurants

Family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Jens. They were extremely responsive. Looks just like the pictures and had lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay a breeze. Multiples of hotel/sample size shampoos, soaps, etc. plus a travel shaving kit, coffee for the coffee pot, goggles, beach toys, Bluetooth speaker, lots of plug ins, a hair dryer and diffuser, racks to hang your things, and more. The building is outdated but the location is amazing and the room itself is modern and fresh. The building has a lot of little shops including coffee/convenience stores, a car/boat rental place, a beachy souvenir shop, a bike rental shop, the bath house, and more. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was fine. Nothing special, a little overpriced if you're not used to paying for waters and pop refills but it wasn't outrageous. The pool-side restaurant was very reasonably priced, friendly, and generous. I door dashed groceries and breakfast a couple times with no issues. We loved our stay!Thanks!

Our time here was perfect. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view, amazing beach and pool,… we felt safe and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Restaurants, supermarket and mall is close to the hotel. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back again.

this stay was amazing! we didn’t have a car and wanted somewhere we could walk to the beach and anywhere else we’d want to eat or shop and it was perfect. can’t say enough about the location!!!! was also very clean and had good amenities. i had forgotten a book for the beach so really appreciated the little used books library. also enjoyed all the historic photos and information in the halls. we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

es exactamente lo que promete. Previamente me asistieron con la reserva (era mi primera vez en Airbnb). La atención es excelente, siempre alguien está presente, comparten datos de contacto por eventualidades. está limpio, es cómodo, fresco, silencioso, y completo. Internet es perfecto, tiene servicios de streaming en su TV incluidos. Estacionamiento sin costo (fundamental para moverse auto). El precio es más que conveniente por todo esto. 2b/1.5ba unit worked fine for our group of 4 for a weekend stay. Host was extremely responsive. Good location accessible to many parts of Miami, but it is downtown, so just be aware and understand you’ll walk past homeless folks. Overall would recommend.

David was amazing and did a very good job detailing check in and check out process. He even allowed for an earlier check in than usual which was highly appreciated. Beautiful location and ambiance. We will certainly be coming back! Very good job David.

JOSE’s place was awesome. Photos did not describe the beautiful view of the ocean Leo Collins St., Bay Area place was phenomenal would recommended 110% definitely coming back to this spot again everything was good overall five star and again pictures cannot describe the views absolutely fantastic. All the accommodations inside were perfect KITCHEN. Shampoo, towel, towels everything you need.

Great host and wonderful condo with all amenities and an air fryer! Made heating up left over for the kids easy and quick. I was able to check in early and room was ready. Will stay here again!

Good location,specially if going for the cruise,is near to the port. Is very clean,everything is same as in the pictures.

We had a great stay at the Grayson. The hotel had great accommodations and amenities. We were at first a little surprised by the resort fee but the amenities that came with it (gym, pool, bike rentals, beach club access) were well worth the price. Everyone was so helpful and made the trip seamless. Would recommend to others visiting the area!

Great stay. The toilet was a little wonky but we made it work. Balcony faces a loud roof, and like other reviews said you can definitely hear Palace downstairs, but that didn’t bother us at all. Tiny walk across the street to the beach and close to an amazing restaurant called Bacon Bitch.

Excellent stay- stunning views in the morning and highly tecommend- walking to everything. Easy parking and unit was great !! highly recommend and great hosts

El alojamiento de Luciana estuvo genial, muy cómodo y de gran espacio en una zona tranquila con buenos restaurantes, supermercados y cerca a los mall más importantes, así mismo a 15 min del aeropuerto lo que nos facilitó mucho la salida, definitivamente recomendado, gracias por todo el apoyo y la gran estadía.

Steve was an amazing host! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. He was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring, and he even left some great local tips that made our stay extra special. Will be back again !

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The location was phenomenal for everything we wanted to do, such as kayaking, bike riding and walking along the beach. Everything was walkable and accessible. The host was very responsive and was very thoughtful during our stay.

The first thing I’ll say is Wesley is an incredible host. Always responsive and quick. We had to ask a few questions when there and they were immediately answered. Now to the condo , absolutely stunning, modern, high ceilings, and the view , breathtaking. We spent every morning for coffee and ended every night with wine. There is a pull out couch which is huge, so four adults could easily stay in the condo. There is a Walmart close by and we bought all our groceries for lunch and breakfast there. The beach is right outside the back door and there are always chairs available for use. The pool is also stunning. The only down side to the condo and it’s not Wesley’s is the long wait for elevator. But being on the fifth you can walk up or down at peak times. To sum it up , yup we would book again , see you next year Wesley !!!!!
