South Beach, Miami Beach : locations de vacances avec kayak

Nous revenons de 6 semaines passées dans la maison de North. Ça été juste du bonheur. La maison est belle,propre tout y est et identique aux photos présentées assez spacieuse pour accueillir la famille et les amis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée et le bel extérieur tout équipée barbq,frigo etc avec vue sur le canal c’est un plus. Le coin est tranquille et très sécuritaire. Très bons et gentils voisins prêt à aider. Et que dire de North, un hôte parfait à l’écoute de ses invités Nous avions toujours une réponse à nos demande dans l’heure qui suivait. Le micro-ondes a brisé le lendemain un neuf nous attendait sur le pas de la porte. Trop clair dans la chambre Dans l’heure qui suivait un rideau a été installé. North a su rendre notre séjour mémorable avec sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci North

Claudia was a fantastic host! She was very helpful, answering our questions about the neighborhood and where to buy groceries. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The garden and pool area were beautifully maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we had a great time and felt right at home.

We celebrated my 50th birthday here and it accommodated everyone nicely, with plenty of room. London was super nice and always responded to any questions that we had about the location.

Amazing host, very responsive. Took meticulous care of property. Some of the best sleep I’ve ever gotten. Was able to accommodate a last minute reservation 12 hours before our arrival

Nani responded to any issues promptly, everyone extremely professional and polite. Our adult children and all of the grandchildren, ages 1 to 12, enjoyed all the backyard had to offer! Thanks for everything! Barb

Hector was very proactive and responsive. He was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well during our stay and offered to do anything extra to help improve our stay if necessary. The house was very clean upon arrival. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Overall great place to stay!

What can I say , this place was amazing and the host are great and responded back fast .. The iguana in the yard and the wild life in the back yard a must see.. I would come back in a second not a minute !! Thanks again Ron and Laurie my family of 5 loved it and the beaches Fort Lauderdale offers

Jeff was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as advertised. Really great location within a walking distance of plenty of restaurants along the shore, but in a quiet section that was peaceful from the nightlife. Jeff was extremely accommodating the entire week. He goes out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend this location.

Toni's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for our trip to Florida for a family memorial, and Toni herself was *extremely* helpful and communicative! The home itself was perfect, the amenities provided were fantastic, the walkability of the neighborhood was amazing, and the lovely outdoor area made me wish I could have orchids growing on trees in Illinois (there's also a GIANT staghorn fern ball hanging outside the back door - my jaw dropped when I saw it). Highly recommend the Riverside Market a few minutes walk from the home (make sure to try the fried chickpeas!) and the pizza spot across the street from there :)

I had a great stay for a month with my dog. Pool and hot tub were great and really enjoyed the back patio / lake. Lots of animals including turtles ducks and iguanas. Jason was very responsive and sent someone to maintain the pool / hot tub frequently. Would def stay again!

I can't recommend Luciana's spot enough. Not only is the place amazing, but the host was even better. She was kind, friendly and we felt like we were right at home. I unfortunately had food poisoning during our stay and she picked me up some Gatorades as I was dehydrating the next day. That's the type of host you are getting. Just. Plain. Kind. We will be back no doubt!!
