Great location, a lot of restaurants in walking distance and close driving distance. Unit was clean and the view was nice. The bed was super comfortable. I would have liked having more towels available especially since I used the gym and sauna everyday, but Carla provided laundry detergent pods and dishwashing pods for guests so we were able to do laundry. We did need to run over to Publix to buy more toilet tissue as we were only provided 2 rolls for our 3 day stay. The condo was easy to find and only about 25min drive from the airport and I think it was reasonably priced. It was clean, nice size and the amenities were great. Carla was a responsive and helpful host. We would definitely book a stay with Carla on our next return visit to Miami.

Great location for attending the Miami boat show, also convenient to Miami Heat, etc. modern, clean building with terrific amenities. Host was very responsive.

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Brickell City Center, and if you enjoy walking, you can also reach the Design and Arts Districts. If not, everything is just minutes away by car. The apartment is beautifully maintained and offers a breathtaking view, both during the day and at night. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. Gabriela, the host, is incredibly attentive and considerate. While I appreciate not having any issues during my stay, I truly value a host who is available and proactive in solving any problems. Gabriela goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Sergio war ein guter Gastgeber. Wenn es irgendwelche Zweifel gab, konnte man ihn kontaktieren und in kürzester Zeit bekam man eine Antwort für die Lösung. Die Gegend ist einfach, aber die Nachbarn waren nicht Laut und wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Wohnt man in dem großen Haus, kann man leider die Nachbarn sehr gut hören. In einer Nacht hatten wir Pech, da sie spät ankamen und laut waren. Den Rest unseres Aufenthaltes war es ruhig. Die Lage in Miami ist gut, da man von dort sehr schnell in alle Ecken der Stadt kommen kann.

My daughter and I were in town for the Miami Open. Liliana’s place was perfect for us. We spent 3 days using the beach and pool and 4 days at Hard Rock Stadium. We had easy Uber rides to and from the stadium. We had enjoyable time in the great pool and beach access. We felt safe and comfortable. We could walk for groceries. The condo had everything we needed for the stay. Liliana was super responsive to questions. Would recommend and would stay again.

Had a lovely stay! The apartment was wonderful and it was in a fantastic location. Will definitely want to stay in Miroslava’s apartment again next time I’m in Miami.

My stay was for a work trip that became extended for almost a month. Couldn’t have been more convenient for the Design District and super easy access to the airport. Charming heritage buildings abound in the Buena Vista area with a few great local restaurants and cafes. Space was clean and pristine as described. A perfect relaxing home from home.

We stayed here for a week. We got this house because my boyfriend had to have a surgery in Hollywood FL and we are from Arizona. The house was so cute and clean! The backyard was my favorite part about it. There was a mango tree and avocado tree in the back yard and I saw a lizard the size of a house cat way up in the big tree. So cool! The house is very conveniently located. Close to the beach and tasty restaurants(CAO Bakery is right across the street and has amazing pastries)within walking distance. It is a busy neighborhood but we felt very safe and suprisingly the house was very quiet and sound proofed. It's a really nice place to stay. The host is very reachable and friendly and the check in and out are so much easier than other air bnbs we have stayed at.

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Location, location. My husband and I stayed for a short while and the house and neighborhood was awesome. Quiet and peaceful. Alex was super, would love to stay again and again. Did I mention location. This area has everything anyone could need, at a very short distance. We absolutely will book again.

Fomos em 8 pessoas e a casa é super espaçosa e acomodou bem todo mundo. A casa estava extremamente limpa e cheirosa, bem como os utensílios, roupas de banho e de cama. A casa fica numa vizinhança tranquila e muito perto do aeroporto. Fica há cerca de 20min de Miami Beach. Gina foi super atenciosa e nos enviou as instruções da casa com dias de antecedência e se mostrou prestativa durante a estadia para as dúvidas que surgiram. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá!

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

Beautiful building, very clean, everything you could need from an apartment. Loved the bbq and pool area on the 6th floor. Only slight issue was the noise from the road at night but it’s to be expected in a lively city like Miami. Dani was a great host!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Alberto was a very nice host! As soon as I booked the stay he texted me giving me instructions for the day I would arrive and before I asked he offered me to share tips of what to do/where to go in the area! The beach is super close from the apartment, only a 5min walk which makes the experience really good for the ones that are willing to go to enjoy the beach. The apartment was very tied and clean when I got there and is very spacious! I loved the amenities in the building, good pool, a little grocery store inside the building, gym, 24h doorman (as a woman in a solo trip that made me feel really safe)

Valerie is an amazingly attentive host. She replied within minutes to every quick question. This place is perfect! The location is right on the beach with a 7 eleven and restaurant in walking distance. I didn’t even have to leave the condo to have an amazing time!! Great memories.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünschen kann (sogar ein Haargletteisen und ein Föhnaufsatz für Locken). Es ist perfekt mit einem Kleinkind, es hat ein Babyhochstuhl, Plastikgeschirr usw. Die Wohnung war sauber und Carla war immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Sie gab mir sogar den Türcode früher, da wir eine sehr lange Anreisezeit (über 12 Stunden plus die Zeitverschiebung) hatten und nachher kein wifi bis zum Check in. Wir danken Carla für die schöne Zeit und würden immer wiederkommen. The apartment is a dream. It has every amenity you could wish for (even a hair straightener and a hairdryer attachment for curls). It is perfect with a toddler, it has a baby high chair, plastic dishes, etc. The apartment was clean, and Carla was always available if I had any questions.
