Poloha bytu dobrá v blízkosti obchodů i centra ČB. U panelového domu se dalo bez obtíží zaparkovat. Paní Kata velmi rychle odpovídala na zprávy a celkově se zajímala - komunikace výborná. Byt je větší s krásně velkou koupelnou a vybavenou kuchyní.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit appartement. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht. Fijn dat we direct bij het appartement konden parkeren. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig en de afstand tot de skipiste was prima.

Hatten super schöne Tage dort, aber viele Wanderungen sind doch ein Stück entfernt, Auto notwendig

Vše proběhlo v pořádku. Hostitelka ihned reagovala na zprávy. Byt byl krásný a čistý. Vzdálenost od centra byla výborná. Doporučuji!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist sauber, es gibt frische Bettwäsche und genug Handtücher. Sehr gut geeignet für 10 Personen, aber nicht für mehr. Für Partys eher nicht geeignet, weil man Nachbarn hat. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen und für alle, die ein Stück fahren möchten um einen tollen Ski Urlaub zu verbringen. Ich bin zufrieden.

Ubytování jsme vybrali kvůli jeho poloze na naší cestě a neměli jsme žádné zvláštní požadavky kromě možnosti mít sebou psa. Měli jsme štěstí, protože paní Lenka i zbytek rodiny jsou velmi příjemní lidé. V kuchyni jsou za drobný příspěvek dispozici káva, čaj a dokonce domácí vejce, což nám přišlo vyloženě vhod. Hned vedle je pak obchůdek, kde lze nakoupit 24/7 základní potraviny, což se také hodí. Jako bonus lze u paní Lenky koupit ještě domácí med.

Ubytování je menší, ale čtyřčlenná rodina jsme se bez problémů vešli. Nic nám nechybělo. Hostitelka Tereza ihned reagovala a odepisovala na dotazy.

Pleasant stay, clean apartment, friendly host, peaceful neighbourhood, nice balcony. Overall it was worse it and made a really good memory for us 2. An apartment that has been cared for with great attention, with care for us, the guests. Thanks :)

House is located 10 min from the old town in a quiet neighborhood. There is everything necessary to stay for the big family. The host is very friendly, reacts very quickly for all the questions and requests. Ekaterina

We took a trip through the Czech Republic and this loft, furnished by this wonderful artist, was the highlight at the end of our trip. Everything is as you see it in the pictures and as you would expect. Perfect to explore Czech Krumlov for a few days.

Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Ubytování je krásné, moderní, čisté a jako bonus kamna, která dodají ru správnou atmosféru. Vybavení skvělé, opravdu nám nic nechybělo. Pokud hledáte Lipenské vyžití, je všude kousek, pokud hledáte klidnější relax, najdete ho také. Paní majitelka je velmi vstřícná dáma, mohli jsme se ubytovat dříve, což jsme v zimních měsících velmi ocenili. Na místo bychom se rádi vrátili, děkujeme :)

This was one of the best places we have stayed in. The restored medieval architecture was stunning and the location was an easy walk to the Old Town Centre. Jitka our host went out of her way to help us. If you get the chance, stay here!

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

We had a wonderful stay! Plus we got to meet Johnny Walker the dog which was a highlight!

Eine tolle und noble Unterkunft mit flexiblem Check-in durch einen vorher zugesendeten Code. Es war besonders hilfreich und gut, dass auf Nachrichten so zügig geantwortet wurden. Somit war die Buchung einfach und schnell. Alles war sauber und man hat sich wohlgefühlt.
