We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Very very cool house to stay in! We walked to all our locations. Every room was super clean and plenty of space for everyone. What a great place to stay. Will book again if in Boston!

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Excellent lugar , viaje con mi equipo de trabajo y la casa está muy bien para un buen grupo de personas grande , todo limpio ordenado muy cómodo es como sentirse en casa y el parqueo muy amplio tiene buen acceso a carretera principales , el ambiente es súper tranquilo algo que me pareció espectacular y sin duda volvería a elegirlo en mi próximo proyecto por el área . La persona encargada muy atenta y resolvió cualquier duda sobre la casa .

Marybeth is the most accommodating of hosts. She granted our request for an early check-in following unfortunate air travel difficulties that left us tired on day one of our adventure. She extended our checkout time to further accommodate our schedule of events while we’re staying at her house. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and was eager to make us most comfortable as guests in her home. It was our first Airbnb experience and she set the bar high. Excellent service, beautiful/comfortable/clean home. Highly recommend this host and her property.

Karen’s home truly is cozy. We were here two weeks before Christmas and it was decorated and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, nice big fluffy towels and I loved the shower! We have stayed in several,places in the Boston area and this is one of the best. Even my dogs loved it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric's comfortable AirBnB Victorian home in Medford, Massachusetts, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, a short stroll to Medford’s own downtown, and just a brief drive away from Somerville. With several supermarkets within close proximity, everything you need is right at your fingertips. This property isn’t your typical modern-style rooftop accommodation; it exudes an incredible sense of character and history. Every corner of the home has a character—immaculately clean, exceptionally safe, and wonderfully spacious, providing an inviting and comfortable environment that truly felt like home. Eric has proven himself to be an outstanding host, always responsive to any questions or requirements I had. His attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the entire experience, making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, I will be back for my next show in Boston

My family and I (fur babies included) spent the better part of a week here. Check in was a breeze on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable and cozy. We used the kitchen a few times and it had everything we needed to bake a pizza, brew coffee or even making eggs and toast. A clean and cozy, yet spacious little abode. Easy to walk to shops and food, despite the cold. Easy checkout as well. I can’t wait to come back, as I know a clean and cozy space will be waiting for us. Thank you! In town for a conference at the convention center. Perfect location and within walking distance. From check in to check out, no issues at all! We had everything we needed!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We have been using short-term rentals as a family since 2011. This is by far the best appointed house we've ever stayed in. Plenty of everything -- basic groceries, towels, dishes, parking, beds and baths. It's a classic New England home with thoughtful updates. Love the vintage touches! Everything was first rate and we were comfortable for our short visit. We will be back!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Host was great at communicating and making sure our needs were met. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Location is excellent for a family with children. Everything you need is close by and the train stop was literally down stairs. Excellent experience all around.

This property was awesome!! We so appreciated the gas grill and heater on the porch. Rob walked us through everything and was super friendly. The house was outstanding. Beautiful views. Plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, plenty of space! We loved using the porch and the swimming pool/hot tub!! We would absolutely return!! Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay in a super convenient location for driving places. There was event a snowstorm during our stay and the hosts made sure to have the walkway and driveway clear for us to get in and out with ease!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Such a perfect place. Super soft towels, comfy bed, perfect little kitchen w everything we needed. Gave us great ideas for things to do during our stay and even tips to avoid the traffic coming into town. Would recommend!!

This is a nice place to stay, and a good price that's close to everything. The hosts were very responsive and helped us in a last minute pickle and we'd definitely stay here again.

This townhome was beautiful, well furnished, and very clean like the pictures. My family and I loved it here. All of the amenities were available. Kitchen fully stocked, "coffee, creamer, and sugar!" Yessss! Private parking on the premises also a plus being from South FL and gets anxiety when having to parallel park. We are definitely rebooking on our next trip to Boston. Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

We had a wonderful time in Somerset. Linda’s place is amazingly clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the view! I would stay here again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.
