This is the second time we have enjoyed Kayla’s place. Everything was perfect and she is very helpful and responsive. Incredible home with lots of room, perfect outdoor space and all of the amenities you want in a weeklong family vacation. We will be back.

Hands down my favorite AirBNB experience to date. I was SO happy to find the home was very clean and didn't have any chemical plug-in type smells when we walked in; just fresh. Loved all of the windows and gorgeous sunshine! Our family felt at home and cozy right away! Couches were comfortable for snuggling and watching tv/movies during down time (which I find is very rare in AirBNB homes). Pillows and beds were comfortable too! Kitchenware and dishes were in great condition and had everything I needed when cooking (which we did everyday except one night out for dinner). We had the luxury of walking to the beach -and back- anytime; so close! Was especially nice for the kids when they wanted a snack or bathroom break. Host was incredibly responsive to me even before I fully booked our reservation. We've been coming to Clearwater for 15 years and always stay with family, I am so happy we decided to book our own space this trip, it was AMAZING! Would come back again & again! Thank you!

Awesome place to stay! Super fun outdoor space with plenty of seating, and as you can see in the listing, an outdoor bar/TV, hot tub, and pool. Diane and her co-hosts were very helpful, especially when we couldn’t get the hot tub working. Only thing to be aware of is that the roosters can get crowing very early in the morning. Excellent stay and would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jades beautiful townhouse. We loved the rooftop area with all of its amenities. There is great and comfortable furniture, bed linens, extra blankets and sheets and the pretty beach towels were so much appreciated. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The decor is so tasteful and her instructions and communication were perfect!!! We cannot wait to return to Clearwater and Jades home away from home.

Would recommend to anyone with a large group. We had 10 and a baby. George is a great host. The place was awesome for being together or lots of room for alone time. We saw a bunch of dolphins catching fish and jumping right next to the back yard sea wall. Views were very nice and peaceful. It was so amazing. Felt like we had a private pool at times and it was very well maintained. Hot tub was clean and large. Grills were brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of items for beach. Had plenty of towels, umbrellas, toys and two wagons. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Everything in great condition or new. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Nice to have them there. We had our 7 month old granddaughter with us and they had everything we needed for her. George has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Best host I have had. If we needed something they got it . Airbed was not holding air. They delivered a new one within hours. Thanks George.

Kristine’s retreat was exactly what we needed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the view of the river was so peaceful and serene. You can even walk along the river on a path made of shells that goes over a small bridge, leading to a gazebo, or relax in a comfortable lounge chair while gazing at the colorful flowers, trees and water. We loved playing ping-pong in the evenings and also had the option of a hot tub and pool. Every single employee made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. The first night we arrived we were very tired from traveling and we were so thankful for the delicious steak dinner that they provided on site. The complementary breakfast basket with incredible homemade muffins was a great way to start the day. This retreat is truly an oasis in the middle of all the madness. I highly recommend Kristina’s place for your next trip to Florida.

Robert and Roberta were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a grill available which was great since we grill a lot. It was nice using the hot tub and we may have been the first ones using their pool this spring! Thanks for the stay. We had a great time!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Great place and location. Lots of possibilities for day trips and some great running opportunities around the area. Great beach options very close by!

Awesome little place, roomy for our family, very well maintained, love the property location and private parking. We will definitely stay here again

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

Great place for what we needed. It was just 3 of us. Simple place. Extra pillows and linens provided. Laundry soap provided-nice touch! A quick 7-8 minute drive to the Northshore Aquatic Complex. Great sunrises and sunsets there! Easy check in with a four digit code. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everywhere! This place could’ve accommodated 5! Comfy couch-watched a movie to relax. Simple, but had everything we needed.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s home. This was our first time coming to AMI since the hurricane. Kathleen was sure to send updated photos of the interior following repairs. There were still some repairs needed on the exterior (various exposed construction and holes in soffits). However this did not significantly impact our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the natural shower gels, shampoo and abundance of sunscreen. There were numerous beach toys as described and the beach wagon came in handy. The space felt a little tight with two families (with somewhat older children) but would be perfect for young kids given the quantity of toys and activities. We had an issue with the interior locks at one point but this was handled well by the host. Overall we had a nice experience. Thank you!

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

My family of 5 had a great stay! We loved the home and pool and enjoyed the easy access to AMI either by driving or a short distance to the water ferry! Karin was very helpful with her responses, we would highly recommend!

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
