Our stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was better than pictured. It was perfect for our short anniversary trip. If you love the ocean we recommend going to Fisherman Village in Punta Gorda. We ate at Harpoon Harry’s and watched the sunset. We are already looking at a time to come back.

I had a great weekend stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jacob was super responsive and helpful, which made everything really easy. Being so close to Anna Maria Island was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Do not hesitate to book your stay here. The location was close to EVERYTHING. Easy to get to and quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a needed bonus to finish off the day. This place is great for relaxing, indoor/outdoor. The host is VERY responsive and helpful. 5 STARS all around!

We loved staying at Nga’s place. Sophia who we had to contact with any issues was amazing. We ran into a few problems in the beginning but she was quick to respond and take care of it. The pool was very nice. The canal really behind the house was my husband’s favorite place to relax. A lot of wildlife which he really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were very friendly. I loved the screen in porch with a tv. We definitely would stay again if we came back in this area. I can’t say enough about how great Sophia was. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Jimmy is the man. The pool and hot tub were definitely the highlight but the rest of the house was great! Jimmy also actively reached out to us before and during the trip to give us local dining and entertainment options along with just general check in’s. If you are going to Tampa for any occasion, this is the place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much, and Faye was super responsive and helpful about turning on the jets for us! The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was nice to park in the garage. The houses are close together, but it was peaceful and quiet and we slept well. A/C worked well and we were comfortable throughout our stay. We are frequent travelers and I cannot recommend Faye enough as a host. She was the sweetest, most responsive host I have ever encountered, and we have experienced some wonderful superhosts! The bed in the master is a foam mattress, so I would have been hot while sleeping if not for the wonderful ceiling fan. The satin duvet cover helped me stay cool, as well. There were plenty of pillows provided and extra towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals there. We will most definitely return to this location - it's added to our favorites! Mark this one as a favorite now if you're headed to the Tampa area!

Location was convenient and house was very clean and well kept. My family would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a large group. We stayed here for a bachelor party and it had plenty of space by the pool for lounging. Very close to the airport and was only a 15 minutes uber ride.

This place was really nice to stay at. clean and comfortable. Host was always quick to respond and very helpful. would highly recommend this place.

My family of 4 and my parents stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed both the beach and intercostal waters! The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us, with ample bathroom and bedroom space. Very clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. It is a 14 minute easy stroll to the beach. We packed the provided beach chairs on our backs and were able to spend several hours at the beach. Driving to the beach is an option but beach access parking is a bit difficult during spring break. We loved the intercostal location, with the pool and spa! We were able to fish and enjoy the beautiful breeze and view. The house is exactly what Debbie has described and pictured. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded expectations! Pool and hot tub, absolutely awesome. Bathrooms are amazing. Living room, bedrooms and kitchen all very modern. The fridge plays music. Martin was very helpful with anything we asked for. Location worked perfectly. We attended a Braves Spring training game (about 25 minutes away) and Venice Beach (about 10-15 minutes away). Still can’t say enough about the home though. The house itself was just as pleasurable as anything we did on our visit!!! Thank you Martin

What up perfect place for a family! We each enjoyed it very much and we loved the location. Very close to downtown Sarasota many restaurants and coffee shops and very close to the beach. Gerardo communicated very well and we really appreciate that.
