Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Jamie and Zack are great hosts! They are friendly and responsive. Their house has everything you could need for a long term stay. The location is great and the backyard area is a great bonus :) I’ll definitely be back!

Great two bedroom apartment with two full baths that are jack/Jill style to bedroom and common area was perfect for us. This has to be one of the cleanest Airbnbs I've stayed in...even the couch had vacuum lines. Beds were very comfortable and tons of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed with better than average pans. Chris was nice enough to provide local coffee beans/ground, unopened half and half, and a new bag of ice in the freezer (a very welcome sight because I was ready to shake up a martini after a long drive). The area is a few blocks from King St, but we found the best local places closer to the apartment. Chris was proactive in letting us know of the very local places and other areas of interest and was always available. This place was a great choice and we had a wonderful time.

What a beautiful Airbnb! In a perfect location, located a couple blocks from restaurants, shops, and bars on King St. Amazing amenities and easy parking if you bring a car. They had beach chairs for use in the closet, supplies for coffee/tea, and a handful of board games for a rainy day. The only minor problem I noticed was that our bathroom sink did not have hot water. However, we didn’t really care, as we still had hot showers and hot water in the kitchen. Overall loved the location and whole apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean! Everything was true to listing! Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

We spent a week in South Carolina for an adoption. Sandra was extremely flexible with our unpredictable schedule. The place was clean and everything was exactly as described. Our children were allowed to feed the chickens, too! If we are ever traveling in the area again, we would definitely look to see if this place is available again.

I love staying here. It was in a real nice spot. The unit had a balcony. The gym was nice. They have necessities and a little scan and go gym store if you need them. I was able to get water and some Tylenol one night.

El lugar es tranquilo. La atención de la propietaria fue excelente. El apartamento parecía tener el baño y cocina remodelada y muy bonitos. Lugar cómodo. Bien organizado. Pero, lamentablemente, cuando llegamos el apartamento tenía un olor muy fuerte a viejo y a polvo. No estaba limpio. Había polvo en muchas áreas y en la habitación. El abanico de techo de la habitación hacía mucho ruido. Había huecos y grietas en alguna paredes, puertas y el piso. Pase la mano a algunos muebles y cuadros, y estaban sucios con polvo, las puerta manchadas, Y también la ropa de cama tenía un olor no agradable. No volvería a hospedarme en el lugar a menos que lo remodelen o lo limpien mucho mejor. En El pago por el Airbnb incluye $25 para limpieza. Pero, parece que la persona que limpia debe ser más meticulosa en su trabajo. No apto para personas con asma o alérgicas. Pero, repitiendo, el lugar es tranquilo y cómodo. La atención de Jennifer excelente. Si pudiera enviar fotos de estos detalles lo haría.

Our stay was very comfortable. The charming ranch is updated with marble counter tops and backslash in the kitchen, easy glide doors in bathrooms and a powerful shower heads. No odor, no carpeting and clean throughout. Should we have to be in the Charleston area again, if available, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Sand.

Alica's place is the perfect Edisto getaway. VERY clean and well kept with everything we needed (two adults; one 10 year old child). Plenty of space to spread out or gather together. Utensils, plates, pots and pans supplied; bring your own seasonings, cooking spray or oil. Unit has washer/dryer. Outdoor pool, playground, and putt-putt course are very easy walking distance (maybe 2-3 minutes); enclosed heated pool easier to access by driving or bike. Walk to beach is an easy 20-25 minute stroll one way. Key fob (included with reservation) gains access to all amenities along with a "private" cabana, bathrooms, and shower at the beach. Beach and most businesses and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Island grocery is sufficient. The only word of caution is that, like most Edisto homes, there are steps to enter and steps to get to bedrooms, so if accessibility is a concern, this is something to check into further. Alica responded immediately. Definitely recommend Alica's place!

If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated and very clean home to rent, then this is it. Not only that, it is close to pretty much everything. Restaurants, expressway, nature, downtown, the Peace Center, it’s all roughly a 20 minute drive. We had no problem navigating to everywhere we wanted to go. Renee’s place is so inviting and comfortable you can’t help but feel at home. Oh and the beds were so comfortable too!! I need to message her as to what mattresses she has! The little treats she left were a plus and not only for us hoomans but if you have a doggie along they’re treats for them too! The fenced yard is nice and private, which made having coffee out on the patio a nice thing to do in the morning. I loved watching the beautiful birds. It is easy to get into her place which I can attest to is not the case everywhere. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, ladies for making our girls trip a delightful one!

Really enjoyed the house! Plenty of space for all guests. Back deck space was an awesome hangout spot and the kids loved the kayaking.

We had a very relaxing stay. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beautiful view.

Contacted the host about an extended stay while here for work and received a prompt response. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and occasionally checked in to make sure my stay was going well. 5-stars! I would definitely stay again in the future!

For me, the view says it all! Even when the weather was unpredictable (5 inches of snow! What a unique experience for Myrtle Beach!), the great ocean view from the condo made it relaxing. Todd is one great host! Very responsive and proactive letting me know that the condo was ready early. My month stay was all that I could hope for, and will hopefully be back again during off season. Thanks for a great stay!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

Such a great place! Very clean and exactly like the pictures! A great place to spend a beach vacation! The beach is so close! There were lots of things to do nearby, and the boardwalk is also a close drive! Loved staying here!

Crystal’s place was super awesome. Ten times previous better than an Airbnb that I rented in 2022. I thought about not ever renting an Airbnb ever again. But this gave me hope. If I decide to visit Myrtle Beach again, I’ll look at this one specifically. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house.💕💕💕
