Great host, very responsive! We had some issues with the bed, but the host tried his best to offer help, eventually he partially refunded us. Very peaceful place to stay, close to NRG national park. The co-host Christy is nice and helpful too!

couldn't recommend toby's place enough. clean, quiet surroundings in an extremely ideal location with plenty of room and nice bedrooms and accommodations. dishwasher and washer/dryer were huge :) definitely would stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed here. If we are coming this way again, we will definitely stay here.

An amazing, one of a kind, stay. The kids LOVED the decor and especially enjoyed the escape room. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and the details showed so much thoughtful care. I especially appreciated the great bath towels and the RO water in the kitchen. The location was great for our excursions to New River Gorge National Park. Can't say enough how much this was a perfect start for our trip.

perfect location for National Park exploration. Within walking distance of two excellent trails, and a short drive to the park. host thought of almost everything to inlcude in the space. fun two days in WV!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The location was perfect and within 15 minutes or less from New River Gorge National Park! It was close to grocery stores, such as Walmart, and Kroger etc. It was within 10 minutes to downtown Fayetteville. Which is a nice town for shopping and great restaurants. (We recommend the secret sandwich society and the cathedral cafe). All amenities provided as listed! The home was very nice and clean. Downstairs was a bit cooler than we would have liked but other than that we couldn’t say anything negative! Couldn’t be more happy with our stay. There were some changes on our end 2 weeks before our trip and our host were more than happy to accommodate. We would definitely choose to stay again. Wonderful host, thank you.

Had a great stay at Marys place, only issue we had was that i am 6'4" and 240lbs and the double size bed was very small for me as you can imagine, other than that everything was good, great location close to downtown.

Elizabeth has been the best host I have ever dealt with. The house is perfect, much bigger than the pictures "show". I stayed there for just over 6 weeks in the winter while working in the area - the house was warm, cozy and literally felt like home. she checked in initially, brought me an Iron for my work uniform and then left me to it - PERFECT. Exactly as a host should be, check everything's good and then let it roll. House is well equipped, clean and tidy! Can't wait to come back later in the year.

This place was an amazing winter get away! Still did some hiking and enjoyed the hot tub. Made the trip easy for pets with the fenced in yard. Walkable to restaurants. We loved the Gaines estate and Erin’s place we definitely want to come back!!! 10/10 review

The address didn’t take us directly to the tent. But it was easy to find after we drove on. Such a neat and cozy stay. Very clean.

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

This was our second time here and I can honestly say, it’s a home away from home. If you are thinking about saying here, it is definitely worth every penny! Adam was an incredible host! He helped me pick out a restaurant for my fiancée’s birthday dinner, which was so helpful. 5 stars all the way around!

We were in town visiting family and had a great stay at this house. We really enjoyed the open space of the living room - to-kitchen, sitting on the deck, and walking the large lot of land. Beth is a great host with a clean beautiful property. Glad we were blessed to experience it.

We stayed at Rihanna's place for a few months. She is very responsive to any needs and never hesitates to take necessary measures right away. It was a pleasure staying there. Also, the location is excellent, with all the major establishments and downtown just a couple of minutes' drive away.

The location was super convenient as I was traveling to attend Bridge Day. The cabin looks just like the photos and it was easy to find. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my cabin. And when I mentioned that the space heater that was provided was not working properly they replaced it for me. If you are looking for a no-frills, basic shelter and accommodations then this is it!

Great cabin that is very close to Gauley Fest location. I also love how secluded it was and it came with our own fire pit!

Great place to stay! Felt super at home very cozy! Close to just about everything would definitely go back!

The place was perfect for our family. Dogs loved the outdoors and accomodations were made for them. Comfortable beds with a big walk-in shower in the master. Big family room with TV. Had a small charcoal grill that was perfect for us. Also a very large deck with a view of the firepit sitting area and a nearby creek bed. Surprisingly fast internet for this hilly rural location, 20 mbps on the Wifi network. Big functional kitchen with pots and pans, coffee bar with option for Keurig or filter. Great weekend.

Enjoyed my stay here! My dog and I were in town for an event at Marshall and it was perfect for the weekend- quick drive over to Marshall, and the neighborhood has many sidewalks which makes it easy to walk your dog. The bed and couch were very comfortable and my dog seemed to adjust well to the house quickly which is important to me when traveling with him. The inside of the house was pristine and had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again if I am ever back in town!

Great spotless spacious flat in downtown core of Charleston. it has everything we need for four nights stay. Perfect heat, water pressure, 2 TV, reliable WiFi. Very well appointed and tasteful decorations. Responsive host. close to lots of restaurants on foot. Quite building. loved it.

Franklin's Lodge was a perfect fit for my trip. Went to Logan to ride the trails in the mountains. Bearwallow access was 10 minutes away. Rock House a bit farther but I trailered the machine over to save time. Not enough time for Devil's Anse and others but there is next year. Thanks to Anthony for everything, also Pete.

Barbara’s was excellent. Our car battery died, and she was very quick to come help us out in a pinch. I did not have service with AT&T, but a short walk up the driveway and we reached some
