The grandkids were not only allowed but welcomed in that there were toys and beach stuff there for them. We didn't need to take the portable cot as one was provided which was better and bigger than the portable one so made more room in the car. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect. Directly opposite a playground and the beach both of which we spent loads of time at. Found our new favourite picnic spot nearby, but the location will just have to be our secret. It was a very relaxing special place to be with our son and his family. Fluer also allowed our other son and his partner to visit.

David’s place is magical — the location literally on Jones Beach can’t be beat for a sunrise walk or convenient surf sesh. The house itself is so comfortable and well stocked with anything you’d need for a relaxing getaway. David is very responsive and is such a welcoming host. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside family holiday. So much to do in this area including surfing, swimming, walking, hiking and golf. Cafes are great. The bus service is excellent so no need to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.

We spent our girls weekend at Florida Breeze and we could not be more happy with our time. Mel is a faultless host! Exceptionally contactable and helpful, it truly made the process and stay that much better. The welcome basket was so thoughtful and such a lovely touch. The house is spacious and just perfect for a getaway with friends (or families). The location is phenomenal. So close to the beach and cafes! You will most definitely not be disappointed with Florida Breeze.

We had a great few days at Newport Retreat. Relaxing stay. Excellent outdoor area and pool. House warm feeling. Lisa was a great host. Highly recommend for a stay on Northern Beaches.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Carmen is very responsive and makes things easy for us. This is our second time there and we will return. Everyone is relaxed the moment we walk in until we leave. It is spacious and clean on arrival. A great location to swim and take boat out for fishing and fun. Kids love the Beach House, we all love the Beach House. Thank you Carmen, much appreciate.

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

Perfect location! So close to beach and the pool was amazing to have during the great summer days we got. Spent 2 weeks over Xmas and new years and was so peaceful and perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to shops as well so really was a wonderful getaway. Everything in the house was as described and nothing extra was needed. Communication and checkin process was smooth and so easy. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house for a big family holiday! 6 adults and 1 tween - plenty of space for everyone! Loved the open layout of the house and all the lovely windows! We made great use of the pool and we loved the short stroll to the beautiful Macmasters Beach. The pool & ping pong table got a lot of use with our crew and provided hours of entertainment! Would happily stay again anytime!

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

Light filled well equipped home perfect for a family or group getaway. Good sized living area for when you need to bunker down to avoid inclement weather. The house is a short stroll to the beach and we found the locals very friendly and willing to share their coffee tips. Access instructions were easy to follow and Belinda responded to queries on a timely basis. We would definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Andy and Beth‘s! The house is super cute, has literally anything you could possibly need. We did a bbq one night and sat in the lounge area and had the most cozy night! Woolies and some coffee shops in walking distance. Hyam‘s beach 40min drive.

I highly recommend Amanda’s beautiful home. I honestly have never stayed in an airbnb with such a well stocked kitchen, so impressive and appreciated. The area was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful tree lined streets and a magical beach at the end of the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying there. Amanda is a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you Amanda.

Taran went out of his way to help us. He gave a lots of advise on the local area. We only stayed one night and didn't get to fully utilize the property but we hope to come back for a longer stay.
