Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

Clean and met the expectations, good price for the location.

They were amazing at communicating and the place was fantastic. Literally needed to book same day and they were on top of it helping me be able to book the stay when I needed it

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to Guadalupe street (Civil Goat coffee, Black’s BBQ, Amy’s ice cream, etc.) and UT campus if you’re up for it. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful to explore.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

What a spot! Great location close in and central. Easy walk to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself was like stepping into an art gallery very interesting collection of art and artifacts from travels. We'll be back!

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

The place was very nice, spacious and just a short drive into the city to do fun activities! Lisa, Andy and George were very fast with their replies and overall very reliable hosts. As this was my first time using Airbnb, I will be sure to stay here again!

Great value stay for having dogs. We stayed a couple of days which is fine if you don't have to cook. Shawn was very proactive about fixing a brief power outage that was the utility company's fault.

Can’t say enough thanks and appreciation for Susan and this AirBnB! A last minute change of plans serendipitously brought us to the cutest, sweetest, home-away-from home in Austin for three weeks! We felt so welcomed by Susan, and so appreciated when we could see her in the shared spaces, like her beautiful backyard. Susan is kind, energetic, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her hospitality! The decor and design of the AirBnB was so precious and stylish, the natural light brought me so much joy, and being on the second floor amidst the trees brought a nostalgic childhood sentiment of treehouses 🤭 we often opened doors and windows, never had even one amenity hiccup, and maintained the organized and well curated space. Susan provides many items, like dishwasher pods, trash bags, hangers, a beyond well-stocked kitchen appliances and, and so many small details that contributed to this becoming my partner and I’s little sanctuary! We had the most lovely time, thank you Susan so much!

Maris’s place is exactly as advertised. Has everything you need including a great full oven and cooktop and quick and quiet washer and dryer. Basics such as cooking oil, salt and pepper provided. Easy parking and walkable to river walk, congress buildings and other downtown attractions.

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

Stayed here while we attended the Two-Step Inn festival. Loved the location . The patio was amazing - we didn’t get to enjoy like we wanted just because the weather wasn’t cooperating . Great location in the Domain.

Shawn’s place was clean, cozy, QUIET, and safe. It felt so private and we barely heard any of the neighbors. The weather was especially warm while we visited and we like to sleep cold, so the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the A/C were greatly appreciated! We loved being able to stay on South Congress and have everything in walking distance. We found fantastic coffee nearby at Bennu and Desnudo, the breakfast tacos at Veracruz were a staple of our trip; we also loved the pepperoni pizza at Home Slice, tamales at Guero’s, and ice cream at Sandy’s. Shawn’s apartment really made for the perfect home base, with plenty to do in any direction. It’s even incredibly close to the bat bridge, and we loved getting to watch them take flight at sunset! If we ever come back to Austin, we’ll definitely stay at Shawn’s.

Such a fantastic spot - super clean and organized, and easily walkable to so many things. Stella and Leon were very responsive and so kind. Would absolutely stay here again!

I was seeing shows at the Sagebrush, The Continental Club and Sam’s Town Point, and this location was ideal for not being too far away from any of them.

I had a great stay! Steve was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout my trip. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym. If you're looking to stay near the Domain, this spot is perfect—right in the heart of everything. Highly recommend!

The size of the condo was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed the pool and beds. Thank you.

This was a great location – and a perfect place to stay for a weekend! The condo was centrally located to everything so we were able to walk a lot of places and also over a short Uber to everything else. The inside was super clean. I did think that the master had a king bed but both of the beds were queens. I would definitely say that the one thing that it was missing which it had everything else with a full length mirror, especially for a group of girls to look at our outfits, but everything else was great!

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

Drew and his team were remarkable. The home was beautiful, clean, well kept and had everything youd need for a getaway. Everyones bedrooms had their own full bathroom, a walk in closet for your belongings, and ceiling fans for extra breeze. We traveled with 8 people , 4 kids and 4 adults, and never felt overcrowded in the home. It truly was the best pick! The amenities are also a plus! We rented 2 cars. Parking was free and easily accessible. The location could not have been any more perfect. It was 5-10 min from the airport, downtown hot spots, and eateries. If i can give it 10 stars, i really would. We plan to visit Austin every year during the same time, as we have Martial Arts conferences we take part in and we are looking forward to staying here again! Thank you Drew and team for being great hosts. We really and sincerely appreciate all your help and accommodations for our stay! You have surpassed our needs! Amazing! 10/10 me and some friends came to austin to explore a new city, i chose this place and it did not disappoint from the art work to the pool to the cleanness of it all def will be coming back
