Great place to stay for SXSW. Walking distance to a few spots and a short uber to downtown. David was a great host. Offered us early check in and check out which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

Great home and served its purpose for our needs . Flexible check in and very responsive . The home is taken care of and is nice , but , it does look a little nicer in pictures . Overall great experience .

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs in Austin for family trips and this one is the best ever! Zilker neighborhood is beautiful, safe and close to everything. The backyard pool and hot tub were divine- we even had an impromptu family ping pong tournament! everyone slept great on the comfortable beds. Can’t say enough good things! Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

Hello Serita, Dustyn. Chelsi, and Jami, it has been a pleasure staying at Charm House! Gina and I have had a relaxing comfortable time inside and outside the house. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with the pool an added bonus to it all. The house is turn-key, which is exactly what we needed. Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

It's a great apartment in a great location.

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

5 stars!! I couldn’t recommend this location for SXSW more. Hope to stay there again next year! It is perfectly situated but not too close to Rainey St. Great open view and really nice space to relax after a long day of conferencing. Roof top pool & terrace is wonderful. The host was friendly and amazingly responsive. Also super close to a Bikeshare station. Buy the Bikeshare monthly pass for $11, a dollar cheaper than the $12 daily pass, no you are not reading that wrong.

We really Enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. A few mins from downtown, options for food, nothing was more than 15 mins away tops. Place was clean, kitchen was great and perfect for what we were looking for to be comfortable in Austin for a few days

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home and the host. The home was straight out of an architectural digest magazine and the views were breathtaking. Kimberly was so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and in a peaceful, private country setting….perfect for a relaxing getaway. My kids had an absolute blast, especially with the pool and hot tub, which quickly became their favorite spot. The tranquil surroundings added to the overall experience, and we felt completely at ease during our time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat!

This is our third stay here and it will definitely not be the last. Is it exaggerating to say that it’s magical? Probably. But it feels that way to my family of 6. My kids are 10, 13, 15 and 17 we have made some core memories here. It’s comfortable and so, so private. The surroundings are beautiful. It’s close enough to Austin and San Antonio to do day trips, but you could relax at the house all week and never need to leave. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and all areas of the house were well stocked. The pool area and screen room were the perfect combination for the sunny days and March madness! All of the beds are comfy, which we all know can make or break a trip. We arrived super late and the hosts left the lights on for us to make our arrival smooth. They were incredibly thoughtful. I cannot recommend this place enough.
