We enjoyed our stay at Days End! Easy check-in process due to the host sending instructions ahead of time over text. The cabin met all expectations and was a comfortable stop on our long roadtrip. Host had good recommendations for which restaurants to avoid and which were worth a stop. Would stay again!

Arriving on a 96 degree day, the air conditioned comfort of this beautiful 1918 home and Donna’s friendly greeting made us feel right at home. Platte is quiet, walkable, and we enjoyed dinner at the pizza restaurant. Donna keeps the house spotless, bed was comfortable, and we would definitely stay again. Breakfast was freshly made with consideration of dietary needs. Excellent!

A unique place for a stopover, a blend of luxury and remoteness (actually very close to the interstate). Just be sure to arrive before dark, because the road signs are hard to find. We had the entire lodge to ourselves, with many amenities, including a piano. Great for a morning jog or hike. We enjoyed it very much.

The stay was lovely and we totally enjoyed it! Check-in was super easy as long as you provide your email address accordingly and they will send you a set of instructions to guide you. Would definitely stay again if I ever drove by Rapid City area.

We had a great stay. We arrived late but managed to get into our place very quickly. Would definitely stay with them again if in the area.

Highly recommend this place. Stayed in the off season so the pool and tiki bar were closed (they let us know in advance) had a great time so willing to bet in season it is even better. Great price, clean place. Very friendly hosts and communicated well. Great location. Highly recommend this place.

Communication with melissa and her husband was great and were quick to work with us after an unforseen weather issue. Would def stay here again if we get to the area

We had a nice stay. Too bad the temperature wasn’t warm enough to use the pool. The shared space was nice to use. The location was right by the highway and fairly close to all the places we wanted to visit. We would have loved a little more pillows on the bed but other that that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again if we take a trip to the Black Hills again.

Space was cozy, clean and quiet…. Everything I needed! Julia was quick in responding to any communication. My only regret is not having more time to stay!

Such a cute place! It was easy to find. There is a paved rec path right behind Mike’s place (and along a creek). It’s so perfect for walking or biking. It goes through many lovely parks and to the fish hatchery as well. We traveled with our small dog, so this location was wonderful for us. The room is decorated great. The bed is so, so comfortable. Sweet little “kitchen” area, too. We would love to stay here again. We loved Spearfish! Thank you! :)

This is our 2nd time staying at the Flat Iron... Absolutely love it, cute quaint and very cool old building that's close to downtown

Very nice and spacious room. Great kitchen to share with other guests. Everything very clean and modern. Would be a great place for family reunions!

This stay was better than expected. The neighborhood is quiet, felt very safe. We walked downtown for dinner, very good location. The creek ruins right out back, but you can't hear it inside which is nice. The room was very clean and cozy. Mike was very helpful and communicated check in and check out very well. We will be back!

I adored our stay in this historic spot! It was within walking distance of everything in town. Amazing library in the community room. The bathroom was great and open when we needed it. Was super sweet running into people in the lobby. Would definitely want to stay again!
