Derek was responsive and the place was great! Had some games and movies we hadn’t seen or played in years so it was a nice blast from the past! Derek also let us check out later and was just a great host for a great stay!

This was our home base for 9 days while we explored all around the Black Hills and into Wyoming. The house was very comfortable for us , our friends who joined for the first few days, and our two pups. It was easy to find, easy to get into, and easy to feel right at home. Ryan’s recommendations for food did not disappoint. We were all craving a good steak dinner our first night there, so we decided to try Delmonico Grille. The food was amazing!!! We also ventured out and tried a couple places on our own. Ryan, if you haven’t been, you should go to these two places. Murphy’s Pub & Grille has a great atmosphere, and their bacon wrapped buffalo meatloaf is worth the trip! Next up is Neighbors Grub & Pub. Seriously, the best burger I’ve ever had!! All of Ryan’s suggestions for things to see were already on our list and were absolutely amazing!! This was definitely one of our most memorable vacations

Loved my stay at Jamin & Jessica's place! Great location in Rapid City that is a quick drive to anything downtown, even a few hikes. Also loved proximity to nearly everything on my bucket list for the Black Hills. House was the perfect size and had everything I needed for a month-long stay: wifi worked great too for working from the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

It snowed while we were there. When we woke up, the snow had already been removed from walks & driveway. That was a nice suprise. The house is easy to find; centrally located for foods & entertainment. Clear instructions; simple check-in. Laminated Welcome Guide is clear & full of local information. The beds were comfy; everything was clean. Would stay again. Thanks.

Worked well for our stay while pheasant hunting for 3 days. House was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Comfy chairs and classic woodwork in the living room. Garage worked will for our dogs and the entry worked well for storing hunting clothes/gear. Dogs are not allowed in the house. There were many TVs with ROKU access. Some network channels were not available, such as Sunday night football. Pheasants had to be cleaned off site. All bedrooms are upstairs with the main bath, which has only a tub. A second small bath off of the kitchen has the only shower. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

This house is amazing! Super clean, comfortable and has all the necessary utilities. I strongly recommend it! The host was always ready to assist. Perfect!

We needed a place as home base while we sold our home and moved into a new place, and this was great. It had all basic amenities, was clean, and accepted pets. My only criticism is the kitchen isn't as well stocked with staple pantry items as other rentals we've been in, but it wasn't a huge deal as we had some items with us already. And the only listing discrepancy was it says crib AND pack-n-play, but there was no crib. Not a huge deal either because we had our own travel crib; but there is a highchair, which I don't think was listed, and that was a plus! Overall, we'd stay again happily!

Great stay with spacious living areas! Quiet neighborhood.

We booked the cabin for our annual family ski trip! We loved the space and loved that we could bring our furry friend! The home was just as described. We enjoyed the hot tub! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in garage! What a wonderful location, will definitely book again.

Our family had a great stay at Savannah’s place. It was located centrally to all the places we wanted to visit and was a cozy retreat after a day out exploring. We would choose to stay again in the future.

Cozy, comfortable, and surprisingly modern! We ended up arriving late but our host left clear and detailed instructions for check in. Our cabin was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. The bathroom facilities were by far the best I've experienced at similar sites - incredibly clean and temperature controlled. We got to meet a few of the staff on site who were all so friendly and kind. Our puppy also made friends with the German Shepherd pup "Spirit" who is a total sweetheart. Sad that we only stayed for one night as we were on a long road trip. Will absolutely be returning in the future for a longer stay !

We really enjoyed or stay at Sarah's Airbnb. Everything you need is within walking distance, which was quite enjoyable. Although, it is on the edge of downtown, we had no issue with road noise, which was nice relative to the location. There is a grocery store across the street, so it was easy to walk over and buy food to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. The Pizza Mill restaurant was also across the street and there pizzas were outstanding. I would highly recommend this impendent and locally owned business. We also walked a block to breakfast one morning and ate at the Our Place restaurant. This locally owned breakfast diner was also a gem and had a wonderful hometown atmosphere. Further down the main street were several other shops and places to eat. The only negative issue with Sarah's pace was the narrow, steep, and winding stairwell to the second floor. None of our group over 50 felt comfortable staying upstairs. All and all a good stay.

As advertised a beautiful home in a great location with many amenities. Very nice furnishings, hot tub was great and very roomy for groups. You cannot go wrong with this house.

Quiet and peaceful place outside of Rapid City. Traveled with my husband, 4 and 9 year old boys. Was great to have the separate bedroom and living room spaces. The kitchenette space was a huge bonus to be able to fix quick meals there instead of eating out for every meal. My oldest loved having the pool table as well. The house was clean, easy to find, and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

Every Thanksgiving for the past decade four families from four states have gotten together. Of all the places we’ve rented, this was by far the best. Don’t miss the mining museum in downtown Lead.

Adam and Saunta quickly pivoted and arranged for us to stay at this listing when there was an unexpected issue with another one of their properties in Rapid City that we had originally booked. They were immediately responsive to the issue and accommodated us extremely quickly and graciously. We enjoyed how conveniently located the house was to all the national parks and found a few local breakfast places in nearby that became a part of our daily routine before we went exploring for the day. Our kids felt at home and were thrilled that they had a backyard. The kids plates and utensils in the kitchen were an added bonus. If you are planning a family trip to the Badlands, I would highly recommend staying at this listing. We had a great time.

The “Tiny Haven” was the perfect little place for my husband and I. We stayed for six nights and everything was perfect! Such a cute, cozy little home!

I have traveled to south central South Dakota for many years and stayed at several of the area motels and lodges before discovering the Cozy Cabins. In my opinion, the Cozy Cabins are far superior to any of the other lodging options in the area. The Cozy Cabins are exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. But what really sets the Cozy Cabins apart from the competition is Maija, the terrific host. Maija is incredibly gracious, thoughtful and responsive. The pride she takes in owning, operating, maintaining and continuously improving the Cozy Cabins is readily apparent during each stay. If you’re simply traveling through South Dakota on I-90 or staying in the greater Chamberlain area for an extended period, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Cozy Cabins. I have stayed at the Cozy Cabins on an annual basis since 2020 and had an exceptional lodging experience each time.

This place was perfect for me. My sister just passed away and I’m driving a truckload of her stuff and her dog I’m adopting from MT to SC. I needed a place to crash near the highway and this was perfect. Lived the fenced yard for the dog! Lana checked me in, was very kind!

The cabin in the mountains was absolutely everything we hoped for! Once the snow had melted, and our front wheel drive rental was able to get up the driveway, we were golden. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely a South Dakota Gem!! Two car heated garage was amazing for cold days. The On-site fish cleaning heated shed that is well stocked with paper towels and plenty of ziplocks was a big plus after freezing all day. The Blackstone and pellet grill were in near new shape with plenty of utensils to use and paired with a beautiful kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. The couch and chairs are setup perfectly with the big screen. Both bathrooms are spacious and well stocked. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows as well. This place is at the very top of my list for places to stay in Webster.

We loved our stay in the tiny house. We fixed our breakfast and sat at the kitchen bar in front of the window and watched the wildlife. So relaxing. It was close to the main attractions. Kristi had a basket fixed for us with brochures of the many places to see. Would come back.

We had such a great time with our family visiting the Blackhills and Mount Rushmore over spring break. The cabin fit our needs perfectly and was in a great location to get the best experience.
