Such a perfect location! Quiet and walkable to everything, also the new NorthWest Square right across the street makes this such a winning visit.

We had multiple family members meeting together and had plenty of space. Very convenient to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Safe surroundings and all around good stay. Would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly what we needed for a family beach vibe getaway. The garden was fully fenced in, perfect for the dogs to safely explore, and was so peaceful and beautiful.

This was my 4th time staying here and plan on future stays when visiting my family.

This was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and well furnished with plenty of room and the media room was really enjoyable.

This was a really fun, unique place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch upstairs. Sara was really accommodating with an early check-in when we ended up on a very early morning flight, which was SO appreciated. We’d definitely stay again.

I have never stayed at a Air BnB stocked like this one. It was so big and clean. Had plenty of room to cook for the whole family. My daughter got married down the road and we had plenty of space to work on all the wedding crafts. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for my grandsons to run around outside and play. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

Great place to stay. The kids loved the pool. House has plenty of room. It was very comfortable.

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Heidy and her husband Michael were absolutely wonderful hosts while we were visiting Lake Mary. We loved the Sanford area and all the recommendations Heidy gave us. Their home is beautiful, clean, cozy and the backyard is an absolute dream. Our girls loved the pool. It is “cannon ball approved” by my 10 yo. My husband accidentally left the garage door open when we left for Universal for the day, but Michael was notified and kindly went and closed it and checked on the house for us. We loved having them close by. They were so sweet and helpful. We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

Jenny was amazing. She always responded quickly and was all over any requests I made. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Jenny. The house was plenty big and fairly well equipped. We had a dog that enjoyed the fenced in yard.

It was a wonderful place to stay, great neighborhood and very well kept. Location was great, close to a lot of thing's to do. We enjoyed the pool and all the accommodations. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here for spring break with our kids. The location is perfect, with the beach and Flagler Ave within walking distance. The private pool and hot tub were a big bonus with the kids!

The house has tons of space. Great area that is close to everything. We biked the entire area. Very safe. The backyard is such a bonus factor. We would totally book this for our June trip if it was available.

This was my 2nd stay and just as good as the first. Wonderful hosts, clean clean everything, and a peaceful location only minutes from grocery, etc. Will always be on my Wishlist for this area. Highly recommend!

We so loved this place!! Everything you might need was there. The street was amazingly quiet and the house was spotless. Laura has thought of everything! We will definitely stay there every time we visit Ormond beach.

we had a great long-term stay at Palmetto breeze we had the opportunity to explore the Edgewater and new Smyrna Beach area and really enjoyed it short drive to the beach, but close off the beaten path. We were there for one week during spring break, but we would've never known it was spring break as it was such a quiet area perfect, clean newly remodeled three bedroom home with everything that one would need for their stay.responsive host who l communicated very well with any minor needs that we may have had.

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 5 stars isn’t enough for this property & host!! I extended my stay because it was so perfect. Walk to the beach, bike to the nail salon, grab a coffee down the street, and relax in the backyard soaking up the last few rays of sunshine each day. Book now, you won’t regret it!!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Aurelia's place was a perfect fit for my time in the area. The location is a short walk to the beach. There are many local attractions and restaurants worth exploring. Her place was perfect for resting up, relaxing & getting ready for more adventures.
