Absolutely loved our stay at Windmill farm! We spent our Christmas break here and it was just the perfect setting. Chickens would greet you everyday and the kids were able to roam around and see the animals, the ‘reindeer’ were a hit! Thank you so much!

Fantastic cabin for a weekend away very clean and quiet surroundings

We had the most amazing weekend away! The Springfield Cabin was even better than the photos, beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with so many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views were breathtaking. The hosts also took the time to show and explain to us how to use the wood fired hot tub which was incredible. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, offering great local tips and quick communication. The location was ideal, peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts also provided a binder with an extensive amount of information about the area and any additional info that would help us with our stay. We left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Thank you very much to Alex and Liz for making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

What an amazing place!! 😍 We stayed here for a long weekend and didn’t feel the need to leave as it was so beautiful and peaceful. 🌳🍃The decoration inside was so unique and cosy, and the outside space was huge and so pretty!! Would 100% recommend, thank you ❤️

We had the most amazing Christmas at Loxley Lodge. The lodge itself was incredible and had exactly what we needed in terms of kitchen/bathroom supplies. It was set up really well for our two dogs and the location is just fantastic!

Was very good value for money, as a young couple it was very affordable and a lovely little getaway. The facilities were great and we were greeted very warmly which settled us straight away. It was thoroughly clean and no surprise payments which is always appreciated, the tea room and farm shop near by is a must do. Many thanks to the hosts, we will be back!

We stayed in Luke’s accommodation for my wife’s 40th - from the off Luke was extremely responsive and helpful when planning where to eat and where to walk locally, with lots of recommendations. The pesto at the peacock was a 10 minute drive and a restaurant we can’t wait to return to. The accommodation was easy to find, quiet and secluded. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The garden area was a sun trap and fantastic place to relax, with the hot tub also a nice touch. We would definitely return and thank Luke for the hospitality.

Took my mum here for her 60th Birthday. Surrounding village super nice. Host Ian was really friendly. Really easy to check in. Pods very clean and loads of amenities inside. Loved the hot tub, did take a few hours to heat up though as it’s log fired which you have to do yourself. Would come back though 10/10.

A fabulous wooden lodge with epic outdoor kitchen and dining area. Great location with direct access onto local rambling route minutes from Alton Towers. So peaceful, hosts really friendly and helpful! We’d stay again! (Travelling with young kids)

Our stay at Horseshoe Lodge was amazing! The area is spectacular and offers many scenic views and beautiful walks. The lodge was spacious and well maintained; Ray was a superb host with many great recommendations and insights into the area! We would definitely stay again and recommend this beautiful place to other people. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that it was thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate guest experience. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, made our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Raffaele was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Couldn’t recommend edgmond lodge enough for a comfortable relaxing break, the finishing touches really do make all the difference, would definitely return !

We had a wonderful time in Tiny House at Nigel and Laura's Glamping. They are great hosts, helpful and responsive. It was a surprise BDay weekend for my hubby, and they left him a lovely surprise BDay gift what was so nice. The weather wasn't the best, so we spent most of the time exploring Tiny House, what was our main goal. Wonderful place with all the facilities you need and TV and broadband games. The house was spotless with a lot of space inside and out. Surly we will go back there when the wheatear will be better to explore the area.

We have had absolutely amazing time at Jenny's Wood cabin! Throughout our stay, Jenny was incredibly responsive and eager to assist. The property itself is very charming and cozy. The ideal place for peaceful stay! I highly recommend Jenny's Wood cabin! Thank you! 😊

Amazing accommodation- really well maintained and spacious. Also very secure- just what we wanted and needed for our time down in the area. Donna was there to greet us and had milk/water in the fridge and hamper of tea/coffee/biscuits and cereals available. We are already booked for our next trip. Would highly recommend this host/accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay. Gordon went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. What really stood out was Gordon’s hospitality – thanks for the soft drinks. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. The hut was amazing for our anniversary! Excellent location with stunning views and easy access to lud's church through public footpaths. The hut was well equipped with everything we needed and we were kindly left a huge chocolate roulade with fresh cream to enjoy on arrival which was such a nice touch. It was so peaceful and the setting was perfect with the loudest thing we heard being an owl and the grazing cows. We hope to be back again!

We had a great stay. Perfect to just go somewhere and switch off for a night, surrounded by lovely fields, and hearing nothing but wildlife. We did get joined by a lot of froggy friends when it went dark (careful where you tread) but we actually found this lovely and part of the experience. Lovely place, SO relaxing, and very friendly responsive and helpful host, thank you for a great stay.
