Had a great stay at Linnets place, it's a very peaceful and tranquil location. The property was clean and as described and had everything we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Only stayed 1 night but wish we had booked for longer. Harrison was a great host and was available all throughout our stay. Beautiful cottage, Thankyou.

A beautiful, relaxing stay! Well needed for a chilled getaway in the peaks. A beautiful old cottage that has been well kept and modernised to appeal to anyone. Highly recommend for a quiet, homely weekend away from the hustle and bustle of normal life :)

We had a great stay with three families. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and we were lucky enough with the weather to be outside for the whole weekend. We made use of the garden and the great walks literally from the door . Close to Buxton too. Highly recommend.

The converted barn is just beautifull, it has everything you may need for your stay. The outdoor Hot Tub and garden was perfect. The added touches of hot tub towels/robes and a basket of goodies was very much appreciated. Communication was quick and easy and the lock box with key was easy to work. We will certainly recommend this Airbnb to friends+ family.

Lovely place to stay, it was beautifully clean and very cozy. The hot tub was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Only issue we found was parking was a bit tricky outside the cottage as there were a lot of cars and the door was a bit difficult to lock/ unlock.

Lovely cottage (attached to main house) lots of charm. Hot tub is located in the lovely garden. Do note the Bathroom is down original steep stairs, one to be aware of if reduced mobility. Recommend to book the local pub, food is great but they are often booked up in advance. Clean and well provisioned. Recommend.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Close to lovely walks and amenities. The cottage was really homely, clean and great facilities. The hot tub is private and lovely and warm. The trail behind the cottage is lovely for walks and close to the fishing pond, everyone we passed was very friendly. Jennie was a great host and very responsive to any queries. Would definitely recommend!

Jane was a amazing host. She was very responsive, kind and a delight to speak to. Her home was lovley with a warm vibe to the place. Would highly recommend for a nice break away from the stresses of life to enjoy the beautiful country side. Perfect place to unwind and feel comfortable

We had a coat stay at joes cottage it was very peaceful.The cottage is beautifully decorated to a high speck. The bathroom is stunning and the rain shower was so nice,very well designed. The beds were super comfortable with beautiful soft linen,pillows and duvets. The kitchen had all we needed and was perfect for all four of us. The living room is so nice and cosy especially with the log fire. Nice space out side for the dogs to roam with table and chairs too. The local pub is really nice along with the cafe and loc butchers that sell lovely produce. Thanks so much for a great stay joe Debbie and family ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

We usually avoid going to the same place twice in order to explore new areas but Snaptin called us back. It’s a lovely property and Helen is a great host. She left delicious homemade bread and other supplies as well as some birthday treats for my daughter who was turning 21. The location is perfect - a short walk to the centre of Bakewell but far enough out to be quiet. We’re not ruling out a third visit!

we can't thank Wendy enough for letting us stay in her home. It is a gorgeous home from home cottage. She has literally thought of every single detail even down to hot water bottles and lego for ghe children. Our whole family did not want to leave. The cottage was absolutely spotless on arrival. Beds are extremely comfortable! Location is perfect aswell. Wendy gave full instructions to make our stay so easy We hope to visit again soon *****

Fantastic clean and homely cottage, very well equipped kitchen with more than enough appliances, large collection of books and games, lovely wood burner in cosy lounge area with comfy seats, upstairs to lovely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and also a lovely sun lounge off the landing, all in all a great cottage in a lovely local area, would definitely recommend it, well done Keith & Sheena loved the stay

Had a great stay at the cottage, it was a great location to get into Buxton and surrounding areas. Allie and her family were available when needed and were friendly and showed us the cows up close but gave us plenty of space. It didn't feel like you were on top of each other at the farm. The cottage was really nice itself and clean with the surrounding areas really beautiful. Would recommend the cafe at the bottom of the lane (2 min DRIVE) and the red lion pub in Litton( 5/10 min drive) the food in both places were really nice. Would definitely recommend this stay and I will be back if I'm ever visiting the area again!

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated, cosy cottage whilst visiting family in the area. Lovely open fire, clean, comfortable beds and very peaceful location. Great garden and little outhouse where our teenage son felt very at home in! Can definitely recommend further.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s cottage, spotlessly clean, warm when we walked in ( so important) great facilities throughout, great location in Belper, easy walk into the town. Definitely return when stopping in the area. Excellent communication from Sarah and Sam Highly recommended.

Loved everything about the house. Even though you’re on a road it is quiet inside. Clear instructions for check in. Few little points, the wood on the back of the kitchen door is loose, the bathroom was freezing, even with the heating on. No tv in the bedroom, we like to lay in and watch tv in bed at night so this was missed. Apart from these niggles I would recommend it

Black Cat Cottage was as described. We had issues with Airbnb messages containing the information about how to get to the cottage. We also broke down and arrived to the cottage quite late. Despite all of the issues we had, Chris was waiting for us and help us get there. He is a very responsive host. The cottage was lovely and the area amazing. We did the Lud’s Church hike, which I totally recomend. We would love to repeat our stay.

This cottage is absolutely fantastic and one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail and quality fixtures and fittings are amazing. We had a fantastic time at the cottage, tucked away off the main road and many walks from the cottage. We can recommend the cottage for a family or friends with three lovely bedrooms and dog friendly as well. A great kitchen and snug lounge with a log burner. Simon was a great host and communication was first rate. We will definitely like to come back

What a wonderfully cosy peaceful cottage! We had a great weekend staying here and then going on various walks. Highly recommend Pizzuti in Bakewell if you don't fancy cooking but want delicious pizza! Chris and Jenny were excellent hosts!

Great location. A lovely friendly pub down the road and perfect location for our trip to Alton Towers

We had a great New Year's Eve in Winster - Rod's place was just what we were after. Comfy beds, lots of hot water after our walks and a very well equipped kitchen to cook up a storm! Winster is a lovely village, and an ideal jumping off point to explore the local area.
