Absolutely loved our 12 nights stay at this stunning Airbnb in Halifax! We came as a group of 10 for my brother’s wedding and the house was beyond perfect. The place is massive, clean, elegant, and super private—ideal for a big family gathering. The ground floor living area became our favorite hangout spot, giving us unforgettable family moments. With 5 spacious bedrooms and a driveway that easily fit over 10 cars, we never felt crowded even when we hosted a dinner with friends. The host was outstanding—very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with a shower, and they quickly sent over a video to guide us through, which was incredibly thoughtful. Also, when we reported a small accidental damage, the host graciously waived it. That kind of support is rare. Advice for future guests: If you're planning a trip with family or friends, this is hands-down the best place to stay in Halifax. We were very impressed by this home and were sad to leave. You can tell there was thought and consideration put into the details and decor, construction and upkeep. A great place to stay in Bedford.

Kelly and Doris are incredibly friendly and quick to respond. Our stay was a last minute booking. Both kelly and Doris helped us feel right at home. The property is an Oasis. It has everything your family will need. The pictures do not do it justice. The quiet peacefulness you feel well sitting by the lake is everything you want and need. We will be coming back!

Great place for a larger group!

Honestly, this place is gorgeous! I could have sat by the water for hours. But my family had too much fun catching up and playing games inside. Everything was perfect - clean and exactly as described. I can’t wait to go back.

Jennifer is a SUPERB host. She was Sooo nice, always recommending things we could do to keep our family occupied, she’s a very pleasant person. We felt right at home in her spot, very clean clutter free and NOT to mention her going out the way putting up holiday decorations and a Christmas Tree for my 5 year old to enjoy her annual Canadian Christmas. It was like we had a fairy godmother always watching out for us. We appreciate that soo much.

A lovely place, spacious and so beautifully located. Shops next door, but so quiet and peaceful with a private deck right by the water. We had an excellent stay!

We loved the location central to going to Halifax and Mahone Bay and Lundenburg also for going to our next place. Clean neat and tidy great shower all the amenities you need for a short stay!!

Thank you for being such lovely hosts! We immediately felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It was a wonderful place to wake up to the snow. Thoughtful amenities, lots of space, comfortable places to eat, drink, read and watch Christmas movies. We didn't want to leave. So much generosity was extended to us due to the storm, and I look forward to returning! We very much were well taken care of.

Lovely area. Quiet and peaceful . Nice country getaway. Rental had everything you could ever need. Even had a bbq. Had a fire pit to sit around in evenings.

My two kids and I stayed in Tee's place for a long weekend while visiting family nearby. It was just like the photos and in a lovely neighborhood. It was a little chilly to use the hot tub but we would most certainly use the back deck area in better weather. Tee was a friendly, helpful, and responsive host. HIghly recommend!

Excellent host and very hospitable. The accommodation was very clean. Location is great because it is very close to Dalhousie.

An amazing and peaceful escape to the woods. The cabin is perfect with a beautiful deck and view. Has just the right amount of comfort while allowing you to enjoy nature. Tina and Graham are fantastic hosts, kind people, and take pride in their perfect cabin in the woods. Our dog was welcome and comfortable with lots of space to explore, they even loaned us their visibility vests and a dog bed! We will definitely be coming back.

Great property, just as described and like the photos. The fire pit and arcade machine were both a big hit. Highly recommended.

Great spot to visit for a weekend getaway! Even though the cabin is attached to their house, the hosts made us feel secluded and welcome.

The space is cozy and inviting, and the fireplace? Pure magic. We lit a fire and instantly felt at home. We had the best sleep—so quiet and peaceful, we didn’t want to leave! Everything was so handy—the Barn coffee shop, the brewery, and the pizza restaurant up the road made exploring effortless. We are in love with this spot! was absolutely perfect! This is what i want my house im going to be a replica of, perfect area and so cozy and quaint inside. wish I got to spend more time there I could have stayed so much longer. This was a weekend away that I needed and this place made it exactly that. the hot tub and lights were beautiful the outdoor bed was amazing during the rainfall, oh the sheets. perfection! will definitely be booking here again when I can stay and enjoy it longer.
