Fred was quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. The apartment was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. We had everything we needed.

Chris was more than a host. Upon arrival he met us at the entry to the house. Energetic and full of life he was eager to show us around his beautiful property. The conversation was well worth the stay and Chris’ spirit of servitude and enthusiasm really nestled in our hearts gently. Everything about the stay was tremendous. From the plethora of family games, to the comfortable beds, to the fun inviting kitchen with every you need, and the view (chefs kiss). Decor was spot on and quite comical in some instances great attention to detail. Look, book the stay or rather the experience you won’t regret it!

Got in late, woke up at 5 AM. Looked out the window and was WOWED! Woke up my wife who likes to sleep late. She was WOWED by the sight off the deck too at the beautiful lake. It got light still WOWED! Wish I had scheduled a longer visit.

We had a lovely time at this house outside Pagosa Springs. It's only about 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area, lots of hiking, plus close enough to town to access restaurants and stores. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed including cooking utensils and supplies (spices, oils, etc.), comfy beds, plenty of space for our group, and also very attentive and responsive as a host. Hot tub on the deck was great! The big 2 car garage was a nice bonus. We'll definitely consider this house again if we come back to the area.

Another Amazing Stay! This was our third year staying at this Airbnb, and we couldn’t be happier! The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our large family. Every year, it feels like a home away from home, with everything we need to relax and enjoy our time together. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s hospitality. From the beginning, they have always made us feel more like friends than guests. Their attention to detail and care for the property make each stay seamless and enjoyable. We keep coming back because it’s the perfect spot for our family, and we always leave with great memories. Looking forward to next year! Highly recommend!

Fantastic time at the house! Great amenities, and extremely clean. Also really appreciated the decorations all around the house.

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

Sid's Place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The layout of the property is very nice. A true log cabin in the woods. Met our family's needs perfectly. Very close to town and the ski area. The only advice I would give is: If visiting in the winter make sure your rental car has snow tires. Ours did not and making it up the mountain was a bit difficult. Well worth it when we did make it up but it took a few tries.

Karen was a great hostess and responded quickly with any inquiries we had. Beautiful cabin and saw some deer one evening out the window. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic spot! The yurt had everything we needed for our stay. Mark was extremely responsive and reached out with info prior to our arrival. Road was dry while we were there so didn’t have any issues. Thanks Mark!

We had another unforgettable stay at the Red Ryder Cabin — our 5th time returning, and it never disappoints! We were once again able to unwind completely. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep after a day of skiing. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Our stay at Colleen’s cabin was amazing! The space was perfectly cozy, but still comfortable for our large family. We had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Our family fell in love with Pagosa Springs, and I look forward to staying here again when we return!

Beautiful and comfortable cabin on the lake just as described. Perfect for a winter getaway. Easy drive to Wolf Creek and surrounding town. Everything we needed to cook and relax. Will be back!

Such a beautiful well appointed and clean home. The views are fantastic. Watched a hot air balloon several mornings from the deck. The home is stocked with high end everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Jan is wonderful to work with.

Our large family needed time away. Kenneth's and Anita's place was perfect. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the space to unwind.

Loved everything about this house. The location was perfect , you can’t beat the view. I have 3 small kids , the upstairs was perfect for them. Would highly recommend ! Can’t wait to go back.

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

We just stayed briefly as we passed through, but this was a nice property in a fun-looking resort. We wished we could have spent more time there!

We always love staying at Wyndham place because it feels like being at home. The properties there are always well maintained and service is excellent. Pagosa Springs is a cute little town and the location is near all services. Our booking agent, Fred was very responsive and helpful.
