Très bel appartement, lumineux et fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut. La machine à lessiver et la séchoir nous ont bien dépanné, il y avait même de la lessive à disposition. La literie était très confortable. Merci à Trish d’avoir tout mis en place pour que nous passions un merveilleux séjour. Les aliments mis à disposition ont vraiment été appréciés. Son accueil et sa bonne humeur étaient très agréables. Tout était absolument parfait !

I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and very well-maintained – you can really tell the host takes pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore and get around. One lovely touch was the well-stocked kitchen, especially the variety of spices the owner generously shared – it made cooking so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Perth city!

We absolutely loved our stay. Sandra and Graham were super friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the bed very comfortable. It's just a short walk to amazing restaurants and cafes and the beach. It's private and quiet. Highly recommend ❤️

The place is easily accessible and comfortable to stay. The hosts are nice and friendly. On the first day, they offered us a sweet juicy mango and a short introduction of their small garden which has a variety of fruits (seasonal) and vegetables. They also offered us a freshly baked sourdough bread. Close proximity to eating places along Parry Ave, we had nice meals of Japanese Foods (@Kai Japanese) and Pizza (@Spice and Slice Gourmet Pizzeria). During the night, able to catch a glimpse of starry sky when it is clear.

Alison ist 1 super nette Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 1 tolles kleines Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht. Bis jetzt war es die beste Unterkunft, sehr sauber, wir haben alles ...Strand und Restaurants zu Fuß erledigen können. Hier hin möchte ich gerne wiederkommen! Danke Alison!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Josh's villa! The property was exactly as advertised, which is always a relief. Josh was an incredibly reasonable and accommodating host, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We were very satisfied with the overall experience, and most importantly, the entire family was happy. The only minor issue we encountered was with the WiFi connection, which was a bit unreliable at times. However, this didn't significantly detract from our overall positive impression. We'd like to extend a big thank you to Josh for allowing our family to stay in his beautiful villa. We highly recommend it!

Everything was very clean and nice. Silvia communicated very well and the apartment was cute and had all the utensils one needs. It has lot of space and was very cozy. But We stayed only one night, because of our schedule, slept well and had a chance to prepair own meals, which was great. Silvia had thoughtfully left some chockolate trears for us, and spices for coocking etc, very kind and a nice thing, thank you.

A lovely leafy suburb within walking distance of Perth, Mount Lawley is a quiet town but loads of restaurants and cafes. The apartment cannot fail to impress, great bathroom, wonderful coffee machine and garage to park the car which is a first for me. The outside space with the apartment is great as means you can sit out at night, it’s sheltered by vines but lit with small lights. A lovely space to relax after a hard day sightseeing!

Thank you for a beautiful stay last week , The house was perfect and had everything you would need for a stay . It’s was spotless , modern and walkable to the beach & Hilary’s harbour . Would highly recommended a stay here 🙂

Wat een ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije hosts. Ze hebben er alles aan gedaan om het een fijn verblijf te laten zijn. En daar zijn ze zeker in geslaagd. Een aanrader!

We really enjoyed our stay in the caravan, it was super relaxing and a nice change of pace. Belén and Clay were accommodating and communicative. The icing on cake of a lovely stay was our feline friend, Neo, who stole our hearts and hours of our time demanding cuddles.

Great place to stay in Morley. Would recommend. host is responsive and proactive to check on us if anything was needed. Our stay was comfortable and private, host had installed a privacy curtain for guests privacy. Enjoyed the free Netflix, Disney+ and games. Wifi is a little slow at times, but still usable.

Spacious, clean, and well equipped flat in a quiet position just out of Perth. Terrific location for using public transport to explore the city, or alternatively enjoy the hills! The flat had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Isabell, her family, and Millie (the beautiful dog) were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home!

we returned for a second stay because our first visit two years ago was such a positive experience. Jim responded quickly to messages before and during our trip, his place is set up with everything we needed for a stay with young kids (they loved the toys and books), and it's within a short drive of the wildlife park, fruit picking, an educational farm, wineries.... lots to do. we might have to come again.

It was a welcoming place that was very inviting for great memories to be made. You could really feel that it was a home. On top of that, Hayden was a very lovely host. He was so kind and accommodating and made our time there very valuable.

Choon’s place was one of the best airbnb ive every stayed in. The house was very well thought out. I love how the entrance is secluded but very easy to find. The space had everything you need from washer, dryer even dishwasher. the bedrooms, living room and bathroom are beautiful, just the right size for a holiday home. We love the small private garden, great place for coffee in the morning. Everything you see in the photos match the reality 100%. Choon was a great host, he was friendly and accommodating. He provided us with everything we need and he has plenty of good recommendations for restaurants. Communication was smooth and easy as he lives in the property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again when we visit perth. Thanks Choon!

Julie's apartment is as beautiful and peaceful as the photos show but what you don't see are her touches that make it extra special: the quality of the linen, the toiletries, the chocolates in the fridge ... every aspect about the apartment was carefully thought through. The luxury is in the details. I am already planning my next stay.

I highly recommend this quiet, super well equipped detached granny flat in a great location with delightful hosts. Couldn’t wish for a better experience.
