Jan’s place in beautiful Walkerville is stunning. We loved the native garden, beautiful bird life and proximity to great beaches. Walkerville South beach is a real highlight - excellent for young children. A great base for exploring the region including hikes at Wilson’s Prom. Highly recommend - thanks so much Jan.

As a a solo traveller I found Ella's lovely cottage ideal. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was peaceful, close to the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. I hope to be back!

We had the best time. Lots of space, house has everything you could dream off. 2 minutes and on the beach. We love it!

Beautiful apartment with panoramic views in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and out and access to laundry facilities too. One of the nicest places we have stayed!

We had a great time at one of Mark’s cabins! Where do I start? The signs and cabin itself were very clearly labelled which made it so easy to find. When we walked inside we were so happy to see and feel the tidiness and cleanliness of the cabin. It was so comfortable and had more than we needed for our stay! The set-up offered privacy, fantastic views and a peaceful atmosphere. Mark was also very kind, approachable and friendly. Although we are familiar with the area, we found Mark’s emails before check-in extremely helpful and informative. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend Coastal Cabins to our friends and family. Thanks Mark!

Jennifer was a beautiful host and the house was absolutely perfect for our family to catch up and relax. The extra detail that she added made the stay very special.

Our family & dog had a lovely relaxing stay at Fleur’s place. The house was peaceful and well located, with excellent amenities- everything was catered for including some lovely local preserves on arrival (the chutney was AMAZING!). Fleur has taken lots of time to compile a comprehensive list of local sights, beaches, activities, restaurants and watering holes, and despite us being regular visitors to this area we found several new things to do & see from her list. Fleur is an incredibly responsive host which makes for an easy & stress free holiday. Thank for everything, Fleur! We look forward to staying at Shearwater again soon.

We had a great stay with our dog at Jean’s place. As other guests have commented, the fresh provisions on arrival were a lovely touch (we particularly enjoyed the cake!). The pantry was well stocked too. The house was tastefully decorated and styled in a mix of modern and vintage decor and the bed was comfy. Loved the verandah that wraps around the house so you can choose your spot according to the sun. The dog also liked this and that he could run around the large garden. The property is well secured for pooches and Jean has clearly given thought to it being pet friendly. Jean was very responsive and my first impression is that she seems like a warm person.
