We had a really lovely stay and apart from an initial misunderstanding which was quickly and easily resolved, our stay was perfect. It was lovely to dump our cases so that we could enjoy Bath, it was great to have a slightly later check-out of 11 and it was lovely to dump our cases to enjoy lunch without trundling them around Bath. The house was perfect for our needs!

Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

Such a lovely peaceful place to stay, hot tub was fantastic. Nice garden area. If you are looking for a nice relaxing break than this place is perfect for you.

We loved the cottage ,so clean and comfortable and the garden/stream /swing and animals were a real hit with the children. We were made to feel very welcome -homemade cake ,lovely coffee ,bread and eggs ,such a nice touch with Easter eggs for the kids . Thank you Tracey and Dave .

We were looking for a secluded stay surrounded by nature and we certainly got it! The apartment is cosy, well decorated and spotless. The hamper and hot tub were well worth the extra cost. The hamper was great for breakfast, especially as there isn't a grocery shop nearby. The wood fired hot tub was a special addition and it's secluded meaning ultimate privacy. The views were breathtaking and the host's were attentive and communicative. Just be wary that the road leading to the apartment is narrow and challenging if you are not used to driving in the deep countryside. We thought it was great value for money and would stay here again!

Absolutely brilliant place. Nicola was a fantastic host. Breakfast was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone ! And the hot tub was a brilliant facility to have :) Would 100% stay again !!!

The Coach House was beautiful, stunning inside and out.. Private secluded hot tub.. A lot of information on local area and things to do.. Nice little breakfast treats left for us and some fresh flowers.. Definitely would recommend staying here for a get away.. Thank you Joy x

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in de cottage van Joanne. Het zuidelijke deel van de Cotswolds kun je uitstekend vanuit hier ontdekken, ook een dagje uit naar Wales (Cardiff) is goed te doen. Mooie wandelingen, authentieke dorpen en andere activiteiten zijn in overvloed in de omgeving aanwezig. Het dorp waar de cottage ligt is klein, heerlijk rustig en met een uitstekende en gastvrije pub op 2 minuten lopen. De cottage is comfortabeler, wel vonden we (als langer Nederlands gezin) de bedden (2-persoonsbed was 1.40m breed) en deken krap waardoor we uiteindelijk de kinderen in de grote slaapkamer hebben gelegd en wij in de kinderkamer zijn gaan liggen. Maar de heerlijke houtkachel en gezellige woonkamer maakte dat zeker goed. Absoluut dus een aanrader om dit prachtige deel van Engeland te ontdekken!

A cozy and peaceful stay! The cottage shed was clean, comfy, and full of charm. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Loved the little touches and the peaceful surroundings. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely couple of days in Bristol, and the flat was exactly what we needed - near to restaurants and shops, and an easy bus ride into the city centre. It was a lively area, but the street itself was really quiet. Parking wasn't an issue over the weekend - we managed to find a space right outside. Cath provided lots of small touches that make a big difference - milk (and oat milk), fresh orange juice, tea and coffee in the kitchen. The living room was larger than expected, and the bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. In all, a great accommodation, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs. Emma’s home had everything we needed from tea and coffee to lovely shower gel and even though it is her home it didn’t feel cluttered and was immaculately clean and tidy. Finding free parking within a few doors was easy and an added bonus. And the local Fed 313 and The Grace recommendations for breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious. Would definitely recommend this gorgeous house.

Ideal location for us as we were visiting family, but if you are coming to Bristol to see the sights and visit all the lovely bars and cafes that Bristol has to offer this really is the ideal place as you can leave the car on the off street space that you get (not very many of those in Bristol) and walk everywhere. The accommodation was very homely, lovely and clean and had everything you need for your stay. Would definitely love to stay again.

What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

This is a large comfortable house in a great location within the Lower Mill Estate. The facilities are exceptional for families and we didn't want to leave!

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. We stayed at Emma's house for a family weekend, it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court was really fun, the house was spacious and beautiful. Emma was really helpful. the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fabulous. Thanks so much for a perfect weekend.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again
