Jerry and Jacqui couldn’t have been more welcoming and we had a wonderful stay in their exceptional home. It is full of fascinating artifacts, brilliantly located and very comfortable. Many thanks indeed.

Alex was an excellent host, the place was very clean and instructions for access were well put. It’s a cool place in a well located area in Bristol. The front room was a delight. And the speaker went down a treat when preparing for our evening.

lovely place and perfect for a group! we stayed for our friends wedding and the place was lovely. very unique space boasting community and also quiet. trish was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. only tiny remark would be the bin shed at the bottom of the street, trish has requested we empty the bins but the bin shed was quite disgusting (not trish’s fault or of the property but not a nice ending to a stay) would definitely book again if i needed to be in the area.

The house was perfect, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, everything went very smoothly and has everything you need. The location is so close to all the great bars and restaurants of Southville yet peaceful at night. Excellent host communications.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was really functional and had lots of equipment (and space!), the lounge and dining area were also spacious with a comfy sofa. The bedroom had lots of storage, a comfy bed and lots of snuggly pillows. The shower was lovely and hot with a rainfall shower. The firepit would have been lovely to use if the weather was a little nicer!

Wonderful stay! Lovely home, perfect location, can’t fault a thing! Will be our go to place to stay when visiting family going forward.

Carole is a super superhost. 125 is so much larger than we expected, comfy beds, powerful shower, more than fully equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful and all the extra thoughtfull touches, very much appreciated and made our stay even better than we expected. Cosy, characterful place to stay with super and welcoming host hospitality in an ideal location for us to enjoy adventuring out for some lovely walks and close to all the amenities of Chepstow. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay, a 10 minutes drive down a small lane and you're surrounded by fields, beautiful sunrises. Very peaceful, never heard cars at night and rarely in the day. Cozy writing desk to get some work done. Philippa brought homemade cake and some good, such a nice gesture, makes you feel very welcome.

Fabulous accommodation, clean, fresh, welcoming, luxurious and so relaxing. Perfect for our family break to rest and unwind. Facilities onsite were enjoyed and local area has so much to explore. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

We had a very lovely and relaxing weekend at The Owl’s Hoot. The property is exactly like the pictures. Maureen was very helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants as well as kindly giving us wood for the fire pit. We will definitely recommend and return!

Amazing place, nice to go off grid and relax. Easy to get into town for a lovely meal and a walk around. Very quiet and nice surroundings, hosts were friendly and you have to try the perfumes from the hosts perfumery, absolutely stunning

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

Had the best stay at Denise’s lodge. Denise was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. The hot tub was amazing, the area in which the lodge is based is very private. We were even welcomed with some gifts she had left for us and provided plenty of snacks which was just above and beyond what we expected. She even put a birthday banner up as it was my birthday just to make it feel that more special. The lodge book was very helpful providing us information about local shops, restaurants/takeaways and things to do around the area. Overall was a very positive stay with a brilliant host. Wow! Maybe it's because I was looking for a quiet time away by myself, but this place just met my expectations and then some! Tranquil, amazing hosts and the most beautiful surroundings! Marjorie responded promptly to every query and she and Tom made me feel right at home! She made time to show me some of the amazing local places and invited me to feed one of their newly born lambs. To top it all they accommodated me to witness the birth of a lamb literally on the morning before I left. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, inspired and I can't wait for when I can go again! The cabin is basic but has all one needs. The views, quiet and friendly hosts more than male up for it! Thank you so much Marjorie and Tom! 😊

The place was perfect for a relaxing few days. It’s well equipped, clean, and comfortable, with excellent views over the surrounding countryside.

I highly recommend staying here! It’s perfect if you are looking for somewhere to unwind and relax. The hosts were amazing, very responsive and helpful. They really made us feel at home for the short time we were there. We would love to come back and will 100% recommend this to friends. 10/10
