Lovely lady, very welcoming and friendly and was very kind to leave us fresh milk and breakfast in the room! It was incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable!

Thank you Iain & Anne for hosting me at your beautiful historic Georgian home! The location is beautiful, close to the Clifton area. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. I appreciated the towel rack (was always warm) and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a bus stop very close to the house that goes straight into the city often. I would definitely recommend to friends!

The pictures don't do this place justice, every detail had been thought out - the decor was so stylish. It's beautiful! Check in was easy, communication was good. Extra thoughtful touches, like 4 beds had been set up, milk in the fridge etc, things like this really made the stay extra special. The beds were super comfy! Perfect location. Great place and host, will definitely be returning.

Sophie is the perfect host. She is incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided us plenty of information about local bus routes. We really loved our stay in their beautiful home, which is surprisingly quiet - a peaceful nook away from the bustling locale. Tastefully decorated, open and airy yet also cosy and comfortable. Clean, tidy and clutter free. The sofa bed provided is firm yet comfortable - we slept well every night! The provided clothes rail was a great addition, giving us a place to hang clothes. We were also provided a shelf in the bathroom, a kitchen cupboard, a drawer in the freezer and space in the fridge. So incredibly accommodating to say this is their home! I don't even know where to start with Kedi the cat. She is the friendliest and most polite cat that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. She is the perfect mix of independent and companionable. We shall miss her company so much! We would happily return. The perfect home away from home.

I spent a week at their place with my family as my house was being refurbished. We absolutely loved staying in this house. So spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with James and Shelley was excellent and the lodger was very nice. We felt very welcome. Their garden is fabulous with lots of nice surprises. My daughter was also delighted. I would definitely recommend.

Al’s place was in a fantastic location in Clifton village. The bedroom was neat and modern with a lovely comfy bed. Own bathroom next door, not en-suite, was clean and spacious.

I very much enjoyed my stay. It is a lovely homely house and the room was a perfect size , clean and had a lovely comfortable bed. I slept very well in it . It was really nice to have the kettle in the room with tea and coffee. Elza and Nick were perfect hosts and were very helpful. They made me feel at home.

I have a really good experience here. Sue is very nice, friendly and warmhearted. We have a great talk. They have two very cute dogs, very very cute and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. I slept very well here. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb. Lavinia is a wonderful host. The house is lovely, brilliantly equipped, great location and Lavinia’s suggestions about what to do, where to eat are spot on. Also, the little touches in the house make you feel very much at home. A huge thank you. ❤️

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Tim, Pete und dem kleinen süßen Ruffy. (super süß) Die Lage ist perfekt, fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof Temple Meads gelegen. Gleichzeitig war es ruhig und ich hatte den entspanntesten Schlaf meines Englandurlaubs. Das Reihenhaus und die darin befindlichen Gäste- und Badezimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Tim und Pete waren super aufgeschlossen und freundlich und haben mir eine perfekte Route für eine Sightseeingtour durch Bristol an die Hand gegeben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

A great place in Bristol! Clifton, no doubt is the place to be in Bristol. But Robert's place made it the best. The location is very close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.. All within walking distance. A short stroll from Brunel Bridge, a nice walk uphill. The property is so spacious and very well designed and build. Highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Bristol.

Jodie and her family were very welcoming of a group of five chatty friends. The space is clean and comfortable. Jodie communicated well and check-in was very easy.

Chris made me feel very welcome and happy to chat but equally happy to leave me to it. Never felt like I was in the way and plenty of space to use the kitchen and do my washing too! Would absolutely stay again if I found the need and highly recommend.

Justine's house is in a great location for Bristol's central attractions. Minutes from M Shed. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and I was allowed free use of the kitchen. Justine was very welcoming. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

An great place to stay when in Bristol, with off road secure parking and additional benefit. House was spacious, spotless and we felt immediately at home.

Rosamond's home is beautiful. As it is her family home, everything feels warm and welcoming and you need for nothing. The house itself is very spacious (which is great when you have 3 teenagers!) and very clean. There is off road parking and a lovely garden backing on to a park, which is great for an evening stroll. Rosamond herself is very responsive and very friendly and all communications were spot on. The area is a great base for visiting so many different locations. In one week we visited the suspension bridge, SS Great Britain, Bristol Aerospace, the Royal Mint (over in South Wales), the roman baths at Bath and Wookey Hole....and couldn't escape taking a trip to Cribbs Causeway! So much more to see though, so we'll definitely be back! Thank you so much Rosamond 😊

Even better than the pictures. It felt like home. Superb location. Lovely back terrace, nice decoration, very well equipped. We are already thinking to go back. Sammy and his family are wonderful hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend it!
