Room was quite clean and located in peaceful place.

Nice cozy place, well built, with all the amenities and comfort. the place will make feel at home. It has a good view looking out into the jungle and some small hills. Loved the stay.

The location was great, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a wonderful experience with no issues at all. Would definitely stay again!

Would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in South Goa. Worth it and it sits on the upper floor so you can be at peace and enjoy the breeze a bit better. Good Job.

Vicky Apartment is good for the price. The interior is nicely done, and all essential facilities are available, including a 65-inch TV, a soundbar with good bass, and even a PC. The living room is spacious, and the bedroom is also nice. It's impressive that a bathtub is provided at this price, although it wasn’t clean. The apartment is located off the main road, and it seems there is no local market nearby. The surrounding area of the apartment doesn’t look very appealing.

Simran is very enthusiastic , well mannered and ready to take extra step to make one's stay easy and enjoyable. I loved the sunsets at the Beach front restaurant with her friends as well as the morning yoga session cum breakfast she organised for me. bravo!

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

The stay was absolutely fantastic and Sonali was very helpful with everything. The place is extremely clean and all the amenities are in top condition. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Though our stay was very short we had an amazing stay. The place offers a breathtaking view from the balcony.. couldn't ask for more.. making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was super clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. It's nice cozy home like experience. Secure n safe for kids n family. The area is peaceful with nice cafe in walking distance and supermarket close by. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa! Would definitely love to visit again. A very good place to stay in the heart of goa

Good locality and stay. We have stayed 5 days with 15 months old kid. We have got enough support for Host Hitesh and manager Devendar. They are always available and approachable for any support.

We absolutely loved our stay there. The watchman said they had no idea as to what Nistula is so we initially thought we'd come to the wrong place, but on contacting them they reverted immediately and we were greeted for check in. At check in they gave us some super refreshing and cold coconut juice which hit the spot perfectly. the staff helped us with our bags and made check in very smooth. throughout the staff was very courteous and prompt. tea was good, fruit plate quantity and quality was good. the pool was clean and we had a great time, they actually tried helping us find things we can play with in the pool. check out was also super easy and timely. wifi worked great and they had Netflix which was awesome. they were also very sweet about our room cleaning and our stuff was safe even though we were not present when the staff cleaned our room. all in all loved the stay and would return.

Very good place

We had an amazing stay at this property, as it was a girls trip we wanted something secure, security wise this society is one of the best I would stay. very clean home with daily requirements. The host & caretaker is always available over call, place actually felt like home. will surely visit next time.
