Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Roberts place is an Amazing place to stay with family or with friends. It's at a walkable distance to Ashwem beach with a couple of good restaurants and cafes near to the property. The property is exactly as seen in the pictures with a cute balcony in one the bedrooms. Robert the host was very responsive and helpful as well. In all totally worth the price I paid for the property.

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

The place was next to Chapora river with kayaking and cute cafés nearby. It was clean and exactly like the pictures.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

Vinod really is a superhost. He lives just on the floor above and genuinely cares about his guests. Pooja and Vinod's home is lovely and they have decorated it tastefully.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

The location is amazing and friendly staffs. Cabins are clean and has very good view. Sandeep was helpful and catered for all our needs. something which can be improved is, there were lot of insects in the cabin.

Sophie's place was everything that we needed as a family. Sophie was also very available for a call about all the queries I had given, a toddler in our midst. The villa had all amenities including large array of pots and pans, RO water, etc housekeeping was very well done every single day, the supermarket and restaurants were walking distance, the property itself was stunning. All in all highly recommended. At the end my child missed "her home" terribly, and we all echoed her sentiments. Thanks a lot Sophie, for a memorable vacation.

Since the listing had no name, we had trouble finding the place. The photos of the property have changed as they are extending. Ahkil then sent somebody to meet us, which was great. Initially, the room we were taken to didn't match the Air B&B listing (the photographs, the space or the sea view) . However, Shabi was quick to rectify the mistake on the listing and we had the loveliest room with sea view, huge bathroom and bath. The room (101) is massive and has a/c, smart tv, balcony with sunbeds. There is currently work to extend the small complex so there was a lot going on and all staff were really nice. I would stay here again, in one of the sea view rooms. Shabi is a great host and couldn't do enough for us, he can also organise moped hire from the resort. Thanks Shabi and co for a great stay 🙂 To get here, you go through the restaurant to the left of 'Mosh'.
