Madhukar is a great host, his place is as clean as the pictures tell. Check in Check out was smooth , car parking is great safe dedicated car parking, place has washing machine , cooking arrangements, balcony sit out and I think it’s a solar geyser. We didn’t have time to use the amenities like swimming pool gym but enjoyed our stay.

It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Had a lovely stay at Gaurav's place! The apartment and the society were very well maintained. The watchmen, caretaker and cleaning staff were extremely kind and helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. All in all a wonderful stay.

Loved the stay and experience in this apartment for 2 nights, luxurious amenities in the room and society and Sanjeev sir guided us with nearby restaurants and points to visit, and travel contacts as well which was a plus point. We recently spent six fantastic days at this Airbnb property in Goa, and it exceeded all our expectations! The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, with a microwave, OTG, toaster, induction cooktop, and gas stove available, allowing us to enjoy some home-cooked meals during our stay. The three spacious bedrooms featured modern LED TVs and ample wardrobe space, making it perfect for our group. We loved the cozy dining area for family meals and the inviting living area with plush sofas and a large LED TV for relaxation. A special thank you to Mr. Madhukar for being such a wonderful host. The laundry area with a washing machine was a thoughtful touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool in the society, which was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The overall ambiance of the property was ideal for unwinding after our adventures in Goa. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home away from home.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

Everything was great. Comfortable, stylish and spacious this is a lovely villa. The staff were great, helpful, attentive and efficient. Food was delicious, cooked fresh to order on site by staff. Would certainly recommend this lovely villa for a base from which to explore this part of Goa.

I fall short of words to express how wonderfully Alex and the entire team look after us whenever we visit. The service, the cleanliness, the villas and also the food; if not less, it’s a luxurious experience. Marking hospitality a notch above the rest. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a unique and wonderful experience - absolutely love the place. I had been staying at Taj resort for an international conference, but this was so much superior.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

While the setting was gorgeous, it was Alex and his team that made our trip one we will never forget. The staff provided fresh, delicious food to our private patio. Every meal was social media worthy. My husband loved the palak paneer, and the chief was kind enough to share his recipe. Alex arranged for a couples massage in our villa, a boat trip, and transportation to and from the airport- making our stay stress-free. I cannot recommend this place enough. We hope to return as soon as possible!
