We found the premises very spacious and clean with everything we needed. Loved having a TV in the bedroom. Would recommend to anyone interested.

Great list of things to do , places to eat and shop. MONA by ferry was a stand out experience for us. Natalie’s recommendation of Blac Fig , which was a couple of minutes walk away, was excellent for breakfast and some shopping

An amazing experience. Beautiful apartment, gorgeous gardens and outdoor area and the most incredible view of the Derwent River. It was quiet and in a beautiful area of Hobart. There were so many special touches that went far above what we have found in other wonderful air BnBs. Real milk (hate the long life stuff) and a variety of breakfast choices were a lovely surprise. My daughter loved the Oreo packs to have with her cuppa. It was so peaceful sitting outside on the swing watching the river. Charles's communications were pro active and friendly. This would also be very suitable for elderly or less mobile people as it is level access with grab rails in the toilet and shower. Of and the TV is HUGE!!! Less than 5 minutes drive to supermarket and restaurants. We wished we were staying longer, it was perfect. We hope to be able to stay again in the future. Thank you to our hosts. We could tell you'd put a lot of thought and care into all those special little touches.

Easily the best place we've stayed on our driving trip around Tassie. Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Very clean with great outdoors sitting area. Easily recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

We wanted somewhere a bit out of the city, with great views and eating options within walking distance. Felicity’s place ticked all of the boxes. The view was amazing and we just loved the great cafes etc around the place. The beach itself is pristine and perfect for a stroll. Felicity was very quick to respond and we were extremely appreciative of the early check in 😊

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

A beautiful and peaceful place-fabulous outlook right over the bay. Such an easy and comfortable place to stay. Private, with onsite parking. Convenient (with car) for day trips into Hobart or to Bruny Island/National parks. We loved returning after a day out, to relax and soak in the view. Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

It is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay, with a big balcony which give you an incredible view of the sea and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole house was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in there.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Such a great place with amazing ocean views. House is very modern, spacious, clean, and tidy. It's just a few steps away from the beach and theres a nice beach side walk heading to a little play ground . Joanna was very responsive and very helpful and allowed a late check out. We will definitely come back on our trip to Tasmania next time.

We spent 5 nights here on our honeymoon and it was beautiful. The views were unbeatable, the bathroom very luxurious, and the amenities generous. The hot tub is preheated so was delightful to jump in and watch the sunset colours over the water. The apartment was cozy and the perfect size for 2 people, and very easy to keep warm. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing, amazing views!!! Super comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor bath tub. We had a very relaxing anniversary weekend at your beautiful cliff top house.
