South Italy : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

siamo stati in questo appartamento dal 26 al 30 agosto, posto stupendo, isolato, ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi, la sig.ra Oriana è veramente gentilissima e cordialissima. La casa è pulitissima, per non parlare del giardino, spettacolo. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ivano and Terhi were BY FAR the most welcoming, thoughtful and kind hosts we have EVER experienced on our travels. Right from the get go, Tehri welcomed us with a shuttle from the Zagorolo station and we felt right at home in the little cottage. Ivano gave us some tips on what to do and asked us to reach out if we got stuck in the rain and needed a ride or needed help with how to spend our time. The place is cosy and an easy 25m stroll to the station and supermarket. We enjoyed delightful days exploring the area and then came home to our little cottage surrounded by olives eating homemade Italian food. Ivano and Terhi went above and beyond. Their kindness was so refreshing after a few weeks of being treated like "tourists". If you are wanting to explore Rome, experience Italian hospitality and not be swallowed up by the busy streets and traffic, this is the place for you! If we ever come to Italy again, we will stay here for sure!!! thank you Ivano and Terhi for the beautiful moments ❤

זה היה הנכס הכי טוב שהתארחנו בו אי פעם. ממש נכס חלומות- לורנזו המארח מקסים, ענה לנו תוך דקות ועזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. הבית פשוט מרהיב ביופיו, בית כפרי ומיוחד עם חצר קסומה, מטבח נוח שהכנו בו מספר ארוחות ואווירה ביתית וחמה. החדרים היו נקיים ומסודרים, המקום היה גדול ומזמין והחצר פשוט חלומית. היה מענה לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. אין לי מילים אפילו להמליץ מרוב שהיה לנו טוב. תודה רבה

Antonio’s place is really beautiful and peaceful, and I do recommend it to everyone looking for a zen experience in the middle of the nature! A peaceful house in the middle of the nature!

Vi var två veckor hos Rosanna med våra döttrar och fyra barnbarn. Huset är perfekt för stora familjer med sina tre lägenheter. Alla lägenheterna var mycket mysiga och bra inredda. Barnen älskade poolen som var stor och ren. Många solstolar och bra parasoller. De tyckte också om pingisbordet mycket. Vi åt alla måltider utomhus, antingen vid den trevliga matplatsen eller i soffgruppen. Vi åkte till de två sjöarna och badade samt till havet. En dag turistade vi i Rom. Allting låg inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Vi fick suoerb service av våra värdar som hjälpte oss med alkt, bla att boka en akut läkartid. Vi fick färska ägg som gåvor vi flera tillfällen och även grönsaker från trädgården. De gav oss många tips om allt möjligt och svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden. Riktiga toppenvärdar som gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.

Grazie a Pietro e sua moglie che ci hanno accolti in questa splendida casa sulle colline Umbre. La struttura è ben tenuta e curata. La Spa da provare e il paesaggio incredibile. La zona è ottimale perché centrale per raggiungere facilmente diverse città. Grazie ancora

What a beautiful place, and soon felt like staying with family! The food was amazing and authentic; we really appreciated Daniella accommodating our gluten free requirements. Our daughter loved feeding the animals and collecting the eggs, and felt right at home. Gorgeous people, we would love to stay again some day!

Wonderful place surrounded by nature. Angela was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy through the walls and the dogs sometimes bark in the night, so if you're a light sleeper then bring some earplugs! All in all, would highly recommend!

La Bulletta ci è rimasta nel cuore!il luogo è incantevole, si è immersi nella natura e la posizione è sempre ben ventilata il pomeriggio e la notte. La piscina un valore aggiunto,dopo tutti i nostri giri un bel bagno per rigenerarsi è stato apprezzato da tutti. Daniele,con la sorella Emanuela e la piccola Lucia,il papà e la mamma sono davvero splendidi, ci hanno dato consigli sui dintorni e non solo. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Bellissimo appartamento incastonato in un'area naturale. All'interno uno splendido living room con vetrata affacciata sulla vallata, e stufa a legna per le serate fredde. Camera da letto e cucina funzionali, un letto in aggiunta, bagno ottimo. Un'area esterna verdissima, con grande tavolo e barbecue per pranzi all'aperto. I proprietari sono simpaticissimi e gentili, offrono crostate, biscottini, pane fresco di forno, e consigli estremamente affidabili su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare: in dettaglio, a mezz'ora/ un'ora di auto si trovano splendidi tesori come Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, il Monastero di Subiaco. Quando si è già fatto il pieno di mete classiche, tipo Toscana, Umbria, ecc, questa è davvero una gran bella meta "alternativa". Grazie, gran bella esperienza, da provare!

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

Great stay close to nature, parks and with easy access to main roads to reach Cefalú and other small towns. Very convenient supermarket nearby. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, provided fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We explored small towns like Mistretta, Caronia and Parco dei Nebrodi. Highly recommend and great value for money.

Thanks to Gaetano we had a perfect stay! He was so helpful and even brought a plate of delicious pasta, because we had some problems with our rental car and arrived quite late at the first evening. The accommodation is more than beautiful: you have a perfect view of the Etna and you can try some of the wonderful juicy oranges. Everything was perfect!

Petit studio très confortable pour 4 personnes. Situé en plein cœur de la campagne avec une magnifique vue sur l’Etna. Serene est très agréable et disponible. Nous avons pu acheter des souvenirs directement chez elle. Je recommande fortement ce studio.

We had the most fabulous holiday here. The house and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. the house is a home that has been in the family for generations and has been renovated with much consideration to detail and comfort. Jure and his family made us feel extremely welcome with generous touches on arrival and departure that were much appreciated. We baked bread and made pizzas in the outdoor bread oven, cooked fresh fish from the market in Vela Luka over the wood BBQ, lay under the olive trees by the pool and visited glorious local beaches. What more could one ask for the ingredients to a happy family holiday! Thank you to our hosts

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. We've stayed at dozens of AirBnbs around the world and look for unique stays with a host who lives in the community. Nadia epitomizes how AirBnb should be. We stayed in what was once her grandfather's home and her parents lived across the street. The pride she demonstrated toward her home, the community and this beautiful part of Italy was infectious. She responsive, helpful, speaks excellent English and prepares a delicious locally sourced breakfast. The cheese, honey, and her home made crackers were outstanding. The area is as the other reviewers describe. The Sibillini mountains are a gem. So is Nadia. Visit this lovely area for an authentic countryside experience
