This is a very good place to stay, right near the bustling bay of Dubrovnik, with a very good view and basin view. Not only that, the host is very nice. We arrived very late, and the host's father greeted us at the door. The next day, he also introduced us to the interesting story and history of the house. Table tennis is very convenient, and we also barbecued in the courtyard. The facilities in the house are very new and convenient, and the hot water is very sufficient. Let our journey in Croatia have a wonderful end. Thanks to the host for providing us with such a good place!!!

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit ! Ein tolles Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento si trova al centro di Cefalù nella parte storica, ma molto riservato e di lusso. Vicinissimo a ristoranti di alta qualità. Non è accessibile con l'auto, ma Filippo ci ha spiegato alla perfezione dove parcheggiare l'auto e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Il personale ci ha dato indicazioni su quali attività fare e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata molto positiva!

Ottima posizione, bellissimo appartamento arredato con stile. Caldo, accogliente, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari. Montefalco è un borgo splendido. Vicinissimi diversi altri borghi magici, facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Se proprio dobbiamo aggiungere degli appunti, consiglierei un nuovo servizio di pentole e padelle. In breve: Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno di relax e comfort

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht! Die Kinder haben sich vorallem über den tollen Poolbereich gefreut. Supermärkte und ein wirklich schöner Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Perfect location right near the entrance for the old town

We had a great stay as a family and friends. Very helpful with checking in early on the day. The pool and outside cooking/dining area was great. Also an additional chill out space to the rear for Drinks in the evenings. Provided our 9month baby with travel cot and high chair no problem. Guiseppe was extremely friendly and provided local restaurant recommendations etc. Would Highly recommend. Thanks Again.

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

La villa es muy linda, acodedora y limpia. Tiene todo lo necesario. Alessio es encantador, siempre respondió rápido y estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo. La estación de tren queda a menos de 10 min caminando. Pasan trenes a Cefalú y Palermo cada una hora. La playa queda a 5 min. Por la temporada estaba todo cerrado. El restaurante abierto más cercano que encontramos fue a 20 min caminando al sentido contrario de la playa. Hay 2 supermercados a 15 min, pero la mayor parte del camino hay que caminar por la carretera porque no hay veredas. Es una villa que definitivamente recomendaría venir.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per Capodanno, casa perfetta per 6 persone, tutto estremamente pulito ed ordinato, ottimi svaghi come il biliardino e il ping-pong per gruppi di giovani ragazzi. Host sempre disponibile a qualsiasi dubbio, ringraziamo ancora Angela per la sua gentilezza e per le cose offerte al momento del check-in! Torneremo sicuramente, esperienza consigliatissima!!

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

This was the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at - and we have stayed all over Italy for many years. The surrounding views are out of this world - the pictures do not do the views justice! The pool and pool house are perfect. The house itself is amazing and modern. Everything works perfectly including the AC and all appliances. The gated entrance feels secure and there is more than enough room for many cars. I cannot say enough good things about our time here. Thank you so much Bruno and Riccardo!

What a wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it was a dream location. Quite but with free use of the pool and other areas. All of the staff up at the main house, were amazingly helpful and friendly, we ate a wonderful breakfast there every day. My daughter also enjoyed a couple of riding lessons!

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Giovannipaolo and Francesca were amazing. They proactively reached out to schedule and help us organize our arrival, complete with map pins and walking directions since addresses in Positano can be confusing! The space was peaceful, private and exactly as described. We loved using the soaking tub and relaxing on the private beach complete with paddle boards and kayaks for exploring the local coves. The 300 (312?) stairs were… a lot at the end of the day but it helped us plan our day a bit more so we could minimize the number of times we hiked up and down them. The privacy and view afforded by the location more than made up for them! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

If only 1000 characters were enough to describe our experience. Elisabetta was simply amazing. She was warm and welcoming. She assisted us with finding local food and restaurants. And even helped me pay the autostrada toll that I forgot to get the ticket. Just that one thing alone saved me from the €80 euro fine. Her two dogs are gentle and loving and are always ready to play. She made our trip memorable and we can’t wait to come back and visit her again.
