WOW! This place is amazing. The most beautiful views of the hillside down to the ocean by Badolato Marina, and a breathtaking view of Badolato Superiore. The house is brand new, everything works perfectly, and its very comfortable. Did I mention the million dollar view!? And the hosts were responsive within minutes, bringing extra towels, making an extra bed, and were present in person when we checked in to explain everything. I give this place a 100%.

Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager, haben den Aufenthalt in Robertos Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen und geben dem gesamten Komplex einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist grandios, der Abstieg ins Meer über eine Leiter ebenfalls. Wir wurden von verschiedenen Fischschwärmen begrüßt. Schnorcheln vor der "Haustür" lohnt sich! Wir danken Roberto für die hervorragende Betreuung während unseren Aufenthaltes und schicken herzliche Grüße nach Sizilien

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa fantastica villa per due notti, da venerdì a domenica. Fin da subito l’host è stato disponibile ed esaustivo a chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in una splendida villa, pulita, moderna e alla portata di tutti. Carlos e sua moglie ci hanno subito fatto sentire a nostro agio, spiegandoci le piccole semplici regole della casa. Mai invadenti ma sempre pronti nel momento del bisogno!! Torneremo sicuramente!

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

This was a beautiful place to stay in a beautiful city. The unit was set back from the road and was so picturesque. There was so much space for our two families. We could not have asked for a better place!

Clean, spacious apartment in a very walkable area close to shops, groceries and restaurants. A comfortable stay for our family of 4, we highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic spot, incredible view over the north side of the coast line. The apartment itself is wonderful and accommodating, and the balcony cannot be beat. Silvia was a wonderful and accommodating host. The location: This apartment is on the north side of the ridge that Taormina sits on. The good part is that this means you can drive right up to the apartment complex and park your car for free in the garage. That's very valuable in Taormina since there's no car access in the city. The downside is that there's 8 half-staircases and a large hill going up into the main town. My 75 year old mother managed it, but it's a little bit of a hike. Still, it's a worthwhile tradeoff for such a wondeful, private spot with an incredible view, free parking, plenty of space, and easy access to the city. You may also be able to find a ride up to the top of the hill but we just walked. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you Silvia!

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ein absolutes Design-Juwel. Außerdem bietet sie sehr viel Platz und sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders mit Kindern perfekt. Das Kinderzimmer enthält viele schöne Spielsachen und Bücher sind und eines der schönsten Kindermuseen (Explora) ist ganz in der Nähe.

Guilia's place is spectacular! It's better than the photos with gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, city and even Calabria in the distance. The grounds are immaculate with a huge private terrace for meals and drinks and a massive pool that feels like your own private resort. Giulia's family lives in the other units and were always friendly and helpful but not intrusive in the least. Even Papaya the dog knew when to leave us to ourselves lol! The interior is pristine and spacious. As many have pointed out the town center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. So you are very close to all the restaurants and shops but away from the tourist hordes. Taormina is hilly but most of the walk is relatively flat. Traffic is not a worry, we did not encounter much of it on our walks. Also, Italian drivers, although speedy, are careful and well aware of pedestrians. Giulia is a fantastic host, always quick to provide recommendations and respond to our questions. Wish we could have stayed forever!

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Margaret sehr genossen. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und flexibel und durch Margarets herzliche Art haben wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Wer nach ein wenig Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Supermärkte und Strand sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Extraordinary house, extremely tasteful rooms with an own bathroom each. The best was the lovely housekeeper Lucia, who was always there to help.

This place is such a gem. There really are no words to describe the views and the apartment, on the grounds of a 17th century monastery. The air was filled with the scent of orange blossoms from the citrus grove and it must be the off season because we seemed to be the only guests on site for the three nights we stayed. We spent hours in the armchairs in the dining room in front of the double doors leading out to the terrace overlooking the ocean, and spent every minute it wasn’t raining out on the terrace enjoying the views of Cefalù, only a 10 minute drive away. Even the rain is beautiful in Sicily. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need. Francesco was super helpful and kind and quick to respond to every question. We hope this will be the first Airbnb we return to, when the weather is warmer in the summer.

Schon im Vorfeld hat Agostino auf Rückfragen in Rekordzeit geantwortet und auch eine kleine Terminänderung war kein Problem. Vor Ort haben sich Rita und Pino unserer angenommen. Den frischen Salat aus dem Garten werden wir in bester Erinnerung behalten. Das Apartment selbst ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, auch die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse, auf der wir die Morgensonne genießen konnten. Im November nicht unwichtig, wenn die Nächte auch auf Sizilien schon etwas kühler werden: Die Wohnung war gut geheizt. Und als Pino mir zeigte, dass die Heizung mit geschroteten Olivenkernen und Mandelschalen betrieben wird, war ich begeistert von dieser CO2-neutralen Heizung. Kurzum: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Settefrati.

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

Me and 6 other friends had a beatiful time at Casa Grande. The home is great for a laid back vacation with lots of relaxation. There's plenty of seating available inside and outside, and because of plentyful lighting you can enjoy it even during the night. The beatiful scenery (sea view, mountain views) and plants really give you the 'Authentic Vibrations' the name describes. We all felt right at home and would describe this as the perfect vacation home. The staff is very friendly and flexible. We had late arrival and a long drive to the home and were greeted with two huge pizza's, which instantly relieved us of all worries, this really shows the hospitality of the host. The location of the house is good, there's plenty of shops and restaurants within 20-30 minutes of driving, however for some of the more 'touristy' locations you have to drive further. This is however always a joy because of the great scenery everywhere. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
