Have just returned from a fantastic stay at the apartment and am already missing sitting on the balcony and admiring the amazing view..it really is something. Jasmin was always really responsive and helpful. He also arranged a transfer for us from the airport which worked really well and took away the stress of having to sort this ourselves. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the steps up and down to the old town were well worth the amazing view. Would highly recommended this apartment and Dubrovnik!

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable ! L'appartement était impeccable, confortable, propre et exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement était parfait car à la fois dans la nature et en voiture pas très loin du centre ville de Rome. L'hôte était incroyablement sympathique et réactif, s'assurant que j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Igor’s place was wonderful and I would recommend to others without hesitation. The view from the balcony is stunning and we loved sitting outside watching the sunsets. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking space was convenient as we had a rental car. It is a quick drive/taxi ride to both old town Kotor and Perast which was nice if you plan on visiting both places. I would certainly stay here again if we were ever to be in Montenegro!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

This place is amazing, fully equipped with everything a person needs, private parking and just 3 minutes from the old town of Kotor. It is luxurious and really beautiful. The couple that owns the apartment were very helpful with all the informations we needed😊😊 P.s. there is a better apartment right next to it ( of course the same owner’s) with a wonderful terrace and even a sauna with a view on the old town of Kotor. Unfortunately we didn’t know before so maybe the next time we’ll visit Kotor.

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Simonetta è stata davvero gentilissima, la casa è fornita di ogni comfort, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche l’acqua e qualche snack. Veramente una bella esperienza, se dovessi ripassare da Roma sicuramente mi rivolgerei a lei

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

A beautiful townhouse in the heart of Korçula old town. The house was very cosy and perfect for spending a couple of days in town. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and perfectly suited for our family with 3 kids. Vladimir and Jelena were very friendly and helpful hosts. Korçula is truly a spectacular and beautiful town well worth a visit.

El alojamiento es perfecto para recorrer Roma a pie, la ubicacion es excelente. Muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar en el caso de así quererlo. Tiene un supermercado a dos cuadras y un parque para tener un poco de tranquilidad a unos metros. Si volvemos a Roma, sin dudas lo volvería a elegir.

Amazing stay, beautiful views. The apartment was clean, the terrace was the real stand out. All the beds were very comfy. Calm and peaceful beach a few minutes away. Would highly recommend !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, am Rand und innerhalb der Stadtmauern. Sie bietet alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Unweit befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles war super sauber und gemütlich. Die Glastüre zur Küche (ebenerdig) lässt zwar Licht rein, aber es können auch Leute reinschauen. Dagegen gibt es eine Jalousie. Wer möchte kann diese runterlassen um mehr Privatsphäre zu erlangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, besonders auch, weil unser Hund mitdurfte.

Hrvoje’s house is beautiful and unique, and one of the best-equipped places I've stayed in. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc, and there were more towels and bathrobes than we could use. It's a large, very old property which is full of character. One bedroom is upstairs with an en suite. The other main bedroom is downstairs with the twin bedroom next to it. Both the downstairs rooms share a bathroom, with access from the twin room via the other bedroom. We only used the two main bedrooms and it was very private. The beds are large (UK superking size) and comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. The outside space is large and pretty, with a fantastic view over the old town and the Adriatic beyond. A great place to relax with a few drinks. The location is excellent with the entrance to the old town only 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment is near the road, so not many steps to negotiate with luggage. Highly recommended.

Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Ovo je četvrti put da boravim u ovom smeštaju, tako da to dovoljno govori o zadovoljstvu. Dogovor sa Jovanom je uvek lak i bio je spreman da nam izađe u susret što se tiče dolaska, s obzirom da smo stigli dosta ranije. Što se tiče smeštaja, apsolutno odgovara opisu i na odličnoj je lokaciji, odmah pored starog grada.

Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

nous avons été tres bien accueilli par maro il a était clair et à l ecoute et nous a donné pleins de bons conseils. l appartement était très bien et très propre il ne manquait de rien il y avait de l eau et une bouteille de vin pour nous accueillir. l appartement était bien situé quelques marches à monter sinon ubber et bolt vous dépose partout pour pas grand chose(4 euros pour 4 pour aller de l appartement à la vieille ville) je vous conseil vivement cet appartement encore merci à maro et yvana pour l accueil et leurs gentillesses!

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Teresa was fantastic. Met us at train station and brought us to the flat. Walked us through so we knew where everything was and even gave us a quick tour of Sorrento. House was clean and very nice. Nothing negative to say about the house or host. Only item of note - it is a good uphill walk back to the flat from town. Very walkable, but may be tough with younger kids or if have trouble walking longer distances. Worth the walk in my opinion, though.

Giorgio est un hôte très sympathique et réactifs. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d’une climatisation. La plage et le centre ville sont accessibles à pied et il y a un parking gratuit à 15 minutes de l’appartement. L’endroit est calme et près de la côte. Giorgio était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et habite juste dans l’appartement d’à côté. Nous recommandons ce airbnb!

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.
