Cute little first floor unit with a few small stairs to get in. Away from the attractions so you aren't tempted, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Decent sized back yard and a cute little deck right off the kitchen. Lots of space for sitting. Just be aware, the driveway apron is a really high angle and the street is very crowned. If you have a standard car and not an SUV you will scrape. I damaged my front bumper on it, but that is my fault for parking in the driveway not Meghans. Based on the previous reviews, and current condition of the place, it really does look like Meghan is making good investments towards the property. I would recommend this unit and return again in the future.

This place is a home away from home most especially the manager he took care of all of our needs every time we needed him he is ready in no time

My stay at Rhonda’s was very relaxing and enjoyable. Her place is quiet and cozy with all the furnishings of home and bed that is comfortable to enjoy a good nights sleep. Rhonda is very responsive, welcoming and follows up to ensure you are cared for. The place is easy to access and very clean and is 10-15 minutes in any direction to enjoy the community. I look forward to returning the next time in Berlin.

Very comfortable and convenient location! The hot tub was nice after a long day of being out and about. It was a spacious home, making it easy to relax. Donna is a great host!

Very nice place to stay at ! Pictures are accurate. We had a wifi issue and Orni responded extremely quickly. Clean spacious home . We also appreciate her accommodating us with a later check out. The only thing is I thought the game room was separate from the living room but that wasn’t an issue at all. We enjoyed ourselves and definitely would stay here again ! Thank you :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Lewes, Delaware! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations in every way. It was thoughtfully equipped, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was ideal – close to the marina and a variety of good restaurants, making it easy to enjoy area. The owner was incredibly flexible and a pleasure to work with, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this one for anyone visiting the area!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and perfectly located. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I truly appreciated how spotless everything was. Angel, the host, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home, with thoughtful touches and great communication throughout my stay. I also loved the privacy, which made me feel completely at ease. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. Amanda was great! Informative and responsive. The place is exactly how it looks, nice and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We never used our car once we got there, so it was nice having off street parking. We enjoyed walking the streets of Rehoboth, visiting several establishments, eating great food, listening to jazz music each day during our stay. This was a darling condo and the location was perfect.

Great spot for our girls weekend!! Close to outlets great restaurants and downtown Rehoboth. Well stocked kitchen everything you need. Adair is great to work with!! This is our 2nd year staying there and will definitely return. Thanks Adair!!
