This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

Had a wonderful Christmas time stay! The views, the birdlife, the wildlife -and did I say the views?-were all amazing! We had beautiful weather and could enjoy mornings on the deck as well as the afternoon sunshine. It was just so wonderfully peaceful! Each day we enjoyed seeing multiple egrets and great blue herons, as well as a variety of ducks, songbirds, and even a bobcat. The kitchen is huge and the Viking stove was so much fun to cook on! The kitchen table is actually bigger than it appears and can fit eight. The separate downstairs space with two bedrooms, a couch and TV as well as a mini kitchen were great for those that wanted to get up early or stay up late -so my mom in the upstairs bedroom was not disturbed. Dorothea was quick to respond with any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. We enjoyed short trips to easily accessible beaches for walks and to Watch Hill. A wonderful Christmas memory for my family.

We loved staying at Michael’s beautiful home! Nestled in the woods near a lake, it was the perfect base for our family’s reunion trip. Michael was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Mystic from NYC for a quick family getaway. The pictures on the listing captivated us and we had to book. In actuality, the photos do not do this home justice. I have been using Airbnb for almost 10 years and this is probably in my top 3 stays. The home is immaculate. My hunch is it is designed and furnished by professionals. The equipment is modern and everything is considered. Don't get me started on the master shower with bluetooth capabilities. The weather during our stay was terrible so Mystic was gloomy and empty, however we never got bored. The downstairs activity room and high speed internet had us entertained for days. We need to experience it in the summer months because the view and lake activities call for it. Even saw an eagle!!!! Thanks for your hospitality Jamie and Matt. We hope to come back.

Nate and Polly were great hosts. Very happy they don’t use the toxic chemicals of febreze, Gain, Glade, etc throughout their house and linens. Very clean and well supplied. Beautiful spot on the lake. My only thought is it is a bit pricey for the fall/early winter time of year, but I definitely recommend their place.

It was a perfect location, very roomy and very clean. We came up to attend a game at URI and the ride to campus took a few minutes and there were stores and restaurants that we a short distance away. All of the guests were very pleased and even got to play a game of foosball too.

We were in RI for an annual business nmeeting but also have friends and family in the area. The location was perfect and accessible to both Wakefield and Newport. The apartment was comfortable, filled with everything we needed for our stay. Sean was proactive - the neighborhood was quiet, the bed was comfy. All good! Thank you!

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. Beautiful and very chill vibes! Thank you so much!

We had a grate time at Denys lots of room for us all we. Had a large group we love. All the wood work on the main floor just lovely thank for allowing us to have extended stay that was soooooo convenient for us. Not many Airbnb offers it.😌 again thanks and much blessings 🙏

Location was great - not far from the beaches, nice hiking path at end of the street, cute town of Wakefield a 5 minute drive away. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was wonderful and felt like home.

Hopes place is very charming and the location can’t be beat. The beach is easily accessible and within walking distances to shops and restaurants. 10/10 recommend!

This was our third stay at this charming cabin. It's the perfect retreat from the city. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and is just a couple minutes drive from good coffee and surrounding attractions.

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

This place exceeded our expectations & needs! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier at a cost & we’re so glad we did. It was a beautiful location & set up. Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
