The common areas and master suite were very spacious. Huge comfortable couch. The porch was beautiful and relaxing. Within walking distance to Magic Sands Beach, although possibly closer to 10 minutes depending on your pace. Checkout instructions were a breeze. Very comfortable for our 5 guests, everyone had a bed. Perfect distance from center of Kona but felt out of the way and very peaceful. I would absolutely book here again if I ever return!

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

Staying at Hale Aka'ula felt like a dream, and we hated to leave. The home is beautiful and cozy and the view is spectacular. Jenne provided everything we needed for a great stay, we especially appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! Having on onsite caretaker downstairs was excellent for a warm welcome, local recommendations, and even sweet treats. The location is peaceful and tucked into the mountains, but only 15 minutes into Kona for great restaurants and shopping and 20-25 minutes to beautiful beaches (We enjoyed Honokohau Beach at the National Historic Park for beautiful views and sea turtles and Manini'owali Beach for white sands, clear water, and fun boogie boarding). We also enjoyed a day-long adventure to Hilo (1.5 hour drive, lunch at Hilo Bay Cafe was our favorite meal on the island) and Volcanos National Park (2 hr drive). Our only regret is that we had dinner plans every night and missed watching the sunset from the porch!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Barry’s Airbnb! Barry was super kind and friendly, and very supportive. The house was exactly as described, beautiful! No regrets, we’d 100% do it again.

It was nice and they had everything you could think of at their place. I honestly didn’t have to bring anything if I didn’t want to. It was nice to be loaded with a week’s worth of stuff.

Megan’s house is absolutely breathtaking and has exceeded all expectations. We stay with airbnb a lot and this is one of the few times when the property was better than the pictures! Loved the well equipped kitchen and all of the cool art displayed throughout. The location is safe, peaceful and easy to get to places. Several great beaches within a walk or a very short drive. Our family absolutely loved it, and can’t wait to come back!

Loved getting to pick the oranges and having fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning and sitting out on the patio and enjoying the view. Also, eating the banana’s from the banana trees. It was a relaxing place to stay.

We have never felt as at home is such a short period of time as we did at Nicki's beautiful place. Nicki herself is welcoming, friendly, and informative and the house is outstanding. The views, the cleanliness, and having everything you need at hand is simply top notch. it is very peaceful and secure but still close enough to everything. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again (and again).

This is our second time to stay at the Kona house. It's just gorgeous! We will come again. Beautiful house, beautiful view. Great location. You will love it!

The place was a home away from home. It was very clean, quiet and not far from a lot of attractions. I liked that the instructions were very clear in getting inside and to get rid of trash. The amenities were great, especially the washer and dryer. My daughter accompanied me and she loved the little home, as she liked it better than the luxury hotel we had stayed in a few days previously.

The unit was exactly as described and photographed. It was clean, tidy, and the heated blanket and space heater were very appreciated. The unit was easy to find, with a smooth check-in process; having a designated parking spot was also great. It was the perfect base camp for us to go to the Volcano National Park.

Spacious and well stocked Airbnb. Really nice touches with a few snacks and drinks provided and plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. The place is a bit dated but clean and the main bed was very comfortable. The pullout sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable if you’re planning to have anyone sleep there. I didn’t reach out to the host about it so maybe they could have provided a foam topper or something else for it. If you’re looking to have anyone sleep adults sleep out there I would check with the host to see if they can provide something to make it more comfortable since it was harder than a futon to sleep on. Overall good value for the price and convenient location.

정말정말 좋았어요! 조이스가 집앞에서 맞아줬고, 친절하게 설명해줬어요. 실상 아예 독립된 방과 욕실이라 사생활 보호도 잘 됩니다. 벌레도 방안에 하나도 없었어요. 코나 공항과 15분정도 거리에요. 코나지역을 두루 다니기에는 무척 좋은 위치입니다. 다만 반드시 차를 렌트해야합니다. 코나 시내에 한번 남편이랑 술마시러 나가서 우버를 불렀는데 잡히긴 잘 잡히지만 상당히 비쌉니다. 만약 빅아일랜드를 또 온다면 망설임 없이 이곳을 선택 할 거에요! Joyce 정말정말 고마워요 🫶🏻 We had an absolutely amazing stay! Joyce welcomed us right in front of the house and kindly explained everything. The room and bathroom offer plenty of privacy, which we really appreciated. Plus, there wasn’t a single bug inside the room! The location is perfect—only about 15 minutes from Kona Airport and super convenient for exploring the Kona area. However, renting a car is a must. We did take an Uber once to go downtown for drinks, and while rides were easy to get, the fare was quite expensive. If we ever come back to the Big Island, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

Lovely spot. It very much felt like older AirBnb, which is a compliment! Meg and Brad live next door with their kids, so it doesn't feel like a hotel stay. The place has everything you need, and the porch for sunset is basically to die for. We ended up just coming back for sunset every day during our stay because it was so beautiful. We loved our 5 days here and would recommend it to anyone.

We loved staying at the Shores in Waikoloa. It was perfectly stocked with everything you need. Vincent is so very helpful and quick to respond. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Beautiful gardens all around you, with a koi pond. Was so nice to walk just down the road to watch the sunsets! Great place absolutely loved it! Thank you Vincent, will hopefully be able to return.

Wonderful place to stay just a quick walk to the beach, lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Also easy to get to Safeway for groceries. Very clear instructions on how to locate, easy to get in, nice pool. Great spot.

The attention to detail in this updated condo is apparent. It is appointed with guests in mind--USB charging stations, water play equipment, well stocked kitchen, cooler, containers and ice for picnics... The waterfront location was great even though this isn't an ocean-facing unit, it is in a location that other occupants aren't walking by the front door, which is nice. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a nice little feature and appeared very well-maintained. We used the AC both for cooling the bedroom and to blur the traffic noise from the busy street below. It did the trick for both!

What an amazing stay!! we had such a lovely time staying at Holly's apartment, the view was incredible and the apartment itself was well appointed, with absolutely everything we could need and more! super comfy beds, lots of beach equipment for us to use, laundry facilities. Absolutely everything was provided, including a little bowl of local coffee which was so lovely and some amazing handmade soap in the bathroom. couldn't fault our stay it was incredible!! the only thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper, like me, take some earplugs as the ocean is loud!! but it's so worth it as I woke up to the most incredible views!! sun sets on the balcony were also a highlight!! thank you for an amazing time Holly, we absolutely loved it :)

This condo came highly recommended by friends and it did not disappoint! The condo is well equipped and very clean. It is completely updated and has a spa like master bathroom. The beds were so comfortable!! The unit has central air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated! Excellent location…an easy walk to a convenience store and several markets. Great snorkelling is also available close by. Brenda is lovely! She provided helpful information to ensure a comfortable stay and a great island experience. The private balcony with an ocean view was amazing. We were able to walk across the street to see the sunset every night! The ocean waves also allowed us to watch surfers throughout the day. We would stay at this specific condo again when we return to the island!

We really enjoyed the condo and the views were out of this world. The building was quiet, we never heard neighbors, and the building was upkept. We stayed for 8 days, frequently hauling loads of either groceries or "stuff" and were thankful that there was an elevator to assist in the frequent trips to the car. The car parking space is located beneath the building in the shade, which was very nice to not have to get into a hot car each day. The condo was very clean and there were lots of little extras provided. There were lots of options for borrowing snorkeling masks and goggles, swim fins and even a beach umbrella. We packed lunches every day and we were thankful for the cooler options allowing us to pack what we needed to keep cool. Listening to the waves at night outside the master bedroom was very peaceful. We would wake up early and watch the surfers out each morning in front of the condo. Very relaxing trip. Our host was very responsive to questions and we would go back!

Amazing place! Right on the ocean. A pro surf spot! Clean and comfortable, as described. Amazing poke place downstairs and a short drive to restaurants/cafes. The pool was a little chilly but clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
