Amazing modern apartment in the heart of Gangdam 🤩 Super great location if you want to eat everything, go shopping or attend to some business. The small office space & chair is a very nice touch for meetings/calls + the WiFi is VERY good. Close to all public transport. I would stay here again, easily 🌟

숙소 뷰가 무엇보다도 너무나 좋고 쾌적하여 너무나 편안하게 머물다가요!

원하는 위치에 적당한 가격의 숙소였습니다. 일정에 차질이 생겨 예약일자 변경이 필요했는데, 빠르게 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다. 침구는 겨울에 쓰기엔 매트가 다소 얇다고 느껴졌고 곳곳에 머리카락이 발견된 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 추가로, 건물 자체가 낡아 내부 인테리어나 시설 등은 감안해주셔야 할 것 같습니다. 그래도 이 가격에 위치면 다음에 근처 일정 생길 때 또 이용할 의사 충분히 있습니다!

Wesley war ein sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Gastgeber und gibt sich viel Mühe. Auf Anfragen hat er innert Minuten geantwortet und auch gehandelt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, vier Minuten von Myeongdongstation mit mit Direktbus zum Flughafen Incheon. Wer den Trubel des touristischen Meyeongdongs liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Namsan Cable Station ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Studio 101 ist oberflächlich betrachtet wie auf dem Bild. Die Möbel sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank, nur ein ein Sidebord mit vier kleinen Abteilen. Das Zimmer ist für 1 - 4 Personen gedacht. Für vier Personen ist es meines Erachtens doch etwas klein. Zum Schlafen kein Problem, aber wohin mit vier Koffern? Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig, aber Wesley kann nichts dafür, wenn sich gewisse Gäste sich nicht benehmen können und rücksichtslos sind. Trotzdem würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen, die Lage ist perfek und Wesley ist ein toller Gastgeber ist!

사진에 있는 그대로 입니다. 집에서 쉬면서 넷플릭스 시청도 좋고, 주변에 맛집, 즐길거리가 많은 것도 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 방문 예정입니다.

A perfect place for someone in town for business, pleasure, or doing beauty procedures. Located on the top floor in Gangnam, the space was comfy, warm, with all the amenities - including convertable plugs, hair dryer, bidet, washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and heated floors. Every morning, I had a fabulous view on the sunrise on top of the city with Seoul's mountains. This alone was worth the stay. Not to mention, there is a convenience store just outside and two coffee shops within steps of the entrance. I never really saw anyone else on the floor, nor did I hear any noise from neighbors. Very peaceful. Yoon Jung was exceptionally prompt with her communications. That makes such a difference! One thing to note, when I first arrived, I didn't realize that I had to slide up the keypad on the door in order to access it. I figured it out, but having that noted in the check-in notes would have helped. If I ever come back, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excelente apartamento, com metrô e ponto de ônibus bem na frente. Fica perto do palácio Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Village e da rua Myeongdong. Conta com diversos restaurantes nas proximidades.

Very good considering the price!

Really positive experience, location is good location about 5-10 minutes walk from Sindorim station with grocery store and 2 convenice stores nearby. Apartment was pretty well organised and had everything I needed. Don't expect a lot of space though. If you are a sensitive sleeper like me, for any Airbnb in Seoul I would recommend earplugs and an eye mask as there is often quite a lot of light in the room at night (electronics + streetlights) and sound if you use the aircon. Overall good value for money here and I would stay again 👍

지하철로 도보 걸어서 5분 뛰면3분도 가능합니다 주요강남 까지 40분이면지하철로나갈수있고 집주변 지하철역에 먹거리 마트등이있고 삼송 스타필드 구파발롯데몰 주변 구경만해도 1주일 뚝딱입니다. 주차편리하고 스타일러부터 식기가 깨끗하며 전반적으로 너무맘에들어요!

Amazing accommodation, and well well worth the location! So close to some amazing food spots, great access to transport and near some location markets, and that's just the location alone. Apartment is very well kept and clean, very spacious and great amenities. Would happily visit again and will be favouriting for another future visit.

Jason was a wonderful host that only worked to make this awesome location for those who are looking for a nice quiet spot, but that’s also a walk away from all the action around them. Just down the street from Changdeokgung Palace, that’s almost the least exciting part of the area consider Ikseomdomg and Insadong are both just a short walk away. While it’s also close to the metro system, the part that really shines the bus stops right outside on the main road that will take you just about everywhere, and when in Seoul, got to take advantage of those bus lines! Fantastic place. I would love to stay here again next time as even the smaller restaurants right next door were convenient and easy to get to especially when the weather isn’t great.

역에서 숙소까지 5분도 안 걸릴정도로 가까워서 위치가 너무 좋아용 엘레베이터 타고 바로 올라가면 숙소인데 너무 이쁘고 조용해서 편하게 놀다 왔습니당 :) 저희는 커플로 왔는데 단체로 와도 충분히 즐기기 좋은 것 같구 답변 빠르게 해주셔서 덕분에 기념일 행복하게 보내다가 갑니당 완전 추천👍🏻

근래에 머물렀던 숙소 중 가장 좋았습니다. 사진 그대로의 깔끔하고 정돈된 숙소라 마음에 들었고, 호스트님의 사소한 디테일들도 너무 감동적이었습니다. 다음에 또 오게 되면 고민없이 여기를 선택할 것 같아요.

The house is well situated in a quiet area yet walkable to haeundae beach and jungdong station. The host was also very prompt in responding to my messages and kindly assisted us in arranging for taxi pick up to the airport from the house. It was overall a lovely stay and I would recommend others to stay here as well.

Квартира уютная. Все чисто и удобно. Немного не хватило шкафов. Все вещи в течение недели были в чемоданах, за исключением верхней одежды, можно повесить в прихожей. Локация нам понравилась, рядом и шопинг и необходимые продукты. Матрас удобный, белье как в отеле. Удобно пользоваться кодовым замком. Хозяин быстро реагирует на возникающие вопросы. Спасибо 🙏❤️. Отлично провели время Сеуле.

주차가 조금 어렵긴했는데 늦은시간에도 빠르게 답장 주셔서 주차 잘 했습니다 ! 그리고 집 안에도 호스트님의 배려가 엄청 묻어나는 집이였어요 ◡̈ 정말정말 편하게 잘 지내다가 갑니다 ! 다음에 오게된다면 다시 오고싶은 숙소였어요 !

대중교통과 연계가 용이하고 많은 인원이 머무를 수 있는 충분한 공간입니다.

서울역에서 가까워 이동이 정말 편했고 근처에 감성적인 와인바와 레스토랑이 많아서 식사 하기에도 좋았습니다. 도심 한 가운데서 자연과 가까이에 있는 듯한 내추럴한 인테리어와 넓은 공간이 정말 인상적이었어요.

에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 만족합니다. 깨끗하고 사진 그대로입니다~ 콘도 자체가 빈 집이 더러 있어 조금 무서운거 빼놓고는 완벽했어요~

깨끗하구 친절하셔서 좋았어요! 분리수거도 하루 정도 간단한 것이면 해주십니다 🥺 다음에 또 방문하고싶어요
