Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

This is a delightful holiday house, located in a very peaceful part of Keswick. Private off street parking for two cars. A very pretty garden to relax in , enjoy a bbq or two. The house is so welcoming , lovely front sitting room with smart TV and views up to the fells. Large dining room with sitting for 6, doors lead onto the patio, garden area. A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.

Traditional Lakeland House

A traditional Lakeland Victorian terraced house, conveniently located between the villages of Windermere and Bowness. This central location provides an ideal base to explore Lake Windermere as well as the surrounding villages of Ambleside and Grasmere. The house is a short stroll to the hustle and bustle of local attractions but also only moments away from the tranquility of the fells.

The Hayloft - a cottage on our Lake District farm

Completed in July 2020, The Hayloft is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater lake in the Lake District. Bedroom one has a double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 can be made up as a double bed or two single beds. We can provide an extra small bed in here for a young child up to about age 7.

The Lake House

Beautiful 4 bed 3 story home just a 10 minute stroll to Bowness and the lake or into Windermere Village. Both villages have many restaurants and bars, but if you want something on the doorstep there is a bar and restaurant just around the corner, and a cosy pub close by.
