Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

The house was roomy and accommodated our large group. Really enjoyed the Bible verses on the walls.

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

Daniel was an amazing host and extremely responsive the home had everything we needed and more. Quick drive to DC and the National Harbor in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved playing in the backyard we can’t wait to come back and take a dip in the pool

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

We had an awesome stay here—it totally exceeded our expectations! My friends and I were driving big pickup trucks, and the front driveway had plenty of space for all our vehicles plus one more, which was a huge plus. Right when we walked in, we could smell how clean everything was. The place was spotless! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the host went above and beyond by leaving us mini water bottles, orange juice, milk, coffee, and sugar. It was such a thoughtful touch! The bedrooms were super spacious, and we felt spoiled having our own showers. Each shower even had its own set of toiletries, which was really convenient. The location was great, and while the train at night was a bit loud, the host had earplugs available. I used them and had no trouble sleeping. Overall, this place really felt like home. Stuart’s home is very clean and comfortable at the same time. The neighborhood feels safe and easy to walk; lots of great restaurants in the area. It is also very close to all of the Downtown DC attractions. I would suggest taking Uber or Lyft; it was easy to get around.

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and picturesque the setting was. The house itself is even more stunning in person—thoughtfully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It’s the perfect spot for families; our group had plenty of room to spread out and relax, both indoors and out. One of the highlights of our trip happened on the very first morning—we spotted a bald eagle soaring right over the water! It was such a special moment and really set the tone for a serene and nature-filled getaway. The home is well-equipped with everything you need, and the surrounding area is quiet and scenic, ideal for unplugging and spending quality time together. We’re already talking about coming back. The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

Several adult family members and I were in town for a wedding. Though we don’t live this way any longer, we grew up about 10min away from this house so are very familiar with the neighborhood. The house itself is tucked back into a residential area, but is on a main secondary road so be prepared for a little bit of fun getting in and out. Place was clean, spacious, and the host was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Keeping this place on the short list for future hometown visits.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

The place is beautiful and very peaceful. If you are looking for a quiet área and just enjoy nature this is it. The house is spotless. Super clean. We would stay in this place again if needed 😊

Maryann's space was everything we needed for our stay during the inauguration weekend. we had 4 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect for all of us. it was clean, uncluttered, everyone had their own space and we were able to prepare meals with no issue. ample linens were provided, along with paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap and dishwasher pods. Being close to both east and west falls church metro made it easy to get downtown. We will absolutely stay at Maryann's place the next time we come to DC.

This townhouse is very conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and bars minutes away. The back of the house is adjacent to a cute and peaceful park. There is also great off street parking behind the house. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, the showers were hot, and the kitchen perfectly functional. The interior has a few quirks with uneven floors and a steep, narrow staircase that could be challenging for some but fine for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
