We wanted a place by our friends house. This was perfect, cute place, had all the basics and host was cute to have some water and snacks for us.

Great place. Spacious, clean, quiet. If this is the neighborhood you're looking for then this is a aces.

Great home in a great area! We loved the house it was just what we needed for our trip to Chicago.

Karen was incredibly responsive. She brought over a futon for a friend who stayed with me for some nights and when the hair dryer broke down, she got a replacement within a half hour. The kitchen was well stocked...really appreciated the half & half for my coffee. Fantastic towels. It is also 2 blocks to a zip-car location which is a great way to have the flexibility of a car without the hassle of trying to find parking. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed at Karolinas apartment for 7 months and she was a wonderful host. She quickly addressed any problems. For example, we locked our keys in the apartment. I texted her and a new set of keys were promptly delivered. The apartment itself is super comfortable. Great furniture and appliances and we enjoyed the outdoor balcony. I would highly recommend renting from Karolina and this apartment specifically. We have no complaints and our stay was wonderful. Thank you Karolina!

Really enjoyed our stay at Youhan's place but, more importantly, really enjoyed working with Youhan. They are a class act and truly went above and beyond to help make our trip a success. Can't thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality!

This is definitely a gem in the middle of the South Suburbs. The place was really decorated nice, made us feel comfortable and right at home. Erica is a really great host and she is very attentive to any concerns we may have had during our stay. The neighborhood was really quiet and there was a park right on the corner for me to walk my puppy every morning. You will be pleased with this one. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and wants to enjoy quiet Suburban surroundings. I would definitely stay again, in fact I plan to.

My wife and children enjoyed our stay. Stephany was responsive to all our questions. She would respond immediately. I found Stephany to be warm, kind and professional. However, we had one small bump in the road. I arrived about 2 hours before check in the cleaners was still preparing for our arrival. Unfortunately, the cleaners would not allow us into the home. Immediately we contacted Stephany, and she was able to solve the issue. The cleaners did a fantastic job completed getting the home nice and tidy!! (Great Job to The Cleaners). Therefore, in my opinion Stephany is truly a super host!! " Loved our stay".

This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

My sister and I visited from Michigan for the weekend. The space was comfy and conveniently located to The Vic Theater where we were attending a show. Even in the chilly winter weather we were able to walk short distances to breakfast and the grocery store and also catch affordable Ubers and Lyfts downtown. I’d love to come back in the future.

Our 2nd time stay with Tom was as easy and enjoyable as the first. Location is great, walkable and easy. We'll come back again in the future as travel necessitates.

Great place in a quite neighborhood. Close to the convention center and really close to some awesome restaurants.

We had such a wonderful weekend reconnecting with college friends. The location, the space, the amenities were perfect for a fantastic weekend in Chicago. Fever was such a helpful host! I highly recommend this place!

This home is perfect for group trips very easily accessible and close to train stations so you can get around without vehicles. Peaceful and quiet area which makes you feel safe and at home. The home was very clean and didn’t have anything wrong with anything in the home. To say the least if you’re wanting to book a home in Chicago this is definitely your one it’s affordable and all around perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Not only is the home perfect but the host and co host were always available and would always text you back within 5 minutes if not sooner with any questions you had.

We had a wonderful, peaceful time staying with Jeremiah and Maysa. They were kind, extremely communicative, and when our family came over to visit everyone commented on what a beautiful home it was. 10/10. Also, extremely fast WiFi, great for working from home for multiple people who were on video calls.

A great place to stay if you are visiting with a group! The home fit our group comfortably and made a great place for us to relax and unwind for the day. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Smooth communication, nice location

John’s place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was immaculate and we appreciated the nespresso machine and pods. The location was excellent, many food and drink choices right outside the door. It was amazing to have our own parking spot! There are a lot of stairs but that is expected in the city. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends.
