This rental exceeded our expectations! Daniel was very responsive, and provided clear, helpful instructions. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully renovated, offering upscale finishes, a beautiful kitchen, and a spacious deck perfect for relaxing (although it was too cold when we visited). The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the lake, numerous dining options, Lincoln Park Zoo, and much more. The vibrant neighborhood combines old Chicago architectural charm with serene green spaces, making it ideal for any Chicago getaway. After staying here once, I'd definitely seek it out again for my next visit.

Definitely recommend this place - awesome location in trendy West Town and very easy to find (1st floor by the entrance). It is clean, cozy, fun-themed (if you like the brand Supreme) and has a nice back patio. Only two things to note: the heater is loud during the winter (if you’re a light sleeper consider this) and there are no cooking items except coffee pods. Still 5 stars from me though!

Great property and when I was having issues with the heat, Mr.Lennell’s was very helpful.

Coty’s place was great! It was easy to get street parking and was a short walk to Radius which was ideal for my fiancé and I while visiting Chicago for our first time!

I booked this Air BNB for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and my surprise proposal! Ashlee was very responsive, super helpful, just an overall great host! She went out of her way to decorate the master bedroom for me with rose petals, tea lights, champagne and all! There were snacks in the kitchen, the place was clean and tidy, our group really felt at home! The vibes were everything, and so were the VIEWS from the rooftop!!!! Thank you Ashlee!!

Innesa’s place was everything as described. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We had everything we needed to stay here, the toothbrushes and toothpaste placed with the towels for each room was a very nice touch and showed, as a host, she cared about her guests stay. We are smokers and appreciated having a place like this to stay. For non-smokers, there wasn’t any lingering stale smoke smell, the place smelled crisp and clean. We love this location on the south end of the loop because it is easy to visit family and very easy to get to anything downtown. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Chicago.

Swanzo was a great host! The house was nice and looked exactly like the images shown. I stayed there for four days with a group of friends we all really enjoyed staying here and felt so relaxed. Location was great and had many small stores nearby. Whoever I was messaging with for instructions or any questions I had in general were very responsive, they were a huge help throughout my whole stay.

Very friendly host, pleasant place to stay, everything was clean and put together nicely. The massage chair was lovely as well. I also loved the jacuzzi tub!!

We stayed here for my wife's birthday when we were visiting Chicago. Lena was very helpful, and responsive to any questions / concerns. This home was honestly larger than we needed, but the inside, outside, and surroundings were beautiful. Would go again :) .

Pleasant trip and stay

Just exactly what I needed, a great spot for convenient public transit to get to downtown Chicago each day.

This was my first experience with a "shared" booking. The house was very charming home and was cozy and comfortable. Justine was an excellent host and extremely friendly, kind and communicative! I’m giving this Airbnb 5 stars, but I want to be honest about my experience. While the space overall has its positives, there were several issues that left me less than impressed. Pros: The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having three bathrooms was convenient, and the kids really enjoyed the small pool table and other games provided. The layout worked well for our group, and the space had potential. Cons: Unfortunately, there were some major drawbacks. The beds had plastic covers, which made them uncomfortable to sleep on. None of the bedrooms had real dressers or nightstands, which made organizing our belongings a challenge. The water upstairs was extremely hot and didn’t seem to have an option to adjust it, which was a safety concern. Additionally, the furniture was noticeably worn down and could use some updates. Overall, the space is cool and functional, but it felt like it needed a bit more attention to detail and care to make it truly great.

This is a great place to stay at! In a safe neighborhood and close to all bus and train stations so it’s super easy to get to place. Also Saurin is a great host, he helped us out with everything including letting us check in early! He also gave us a lot of recommendations of things to do in Chicago, really great host and would definitely stay there again!

This has to be the best AirBnB we have stayed at. The apartment was like home from home, super clean and exceeded our expectations. The location of the apartment is a short walk from the L, has everything you need within a 5 minute walk and is in a great neighbourhood. John, the host, is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and he gives some great recommendations of local restaurants/ activities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are in Chicago - we are sure to be back!

Great stay and location. Immaculate views of the city. Close walk to the Chicago and Goodman theaters. Also great breakfast and brunch spots. And some good ole’ Chicago deep dish pizza at Giordano’s. The River Walk is about a 8 minute drive and a nice 22 minute walk. Which the walk is worth it even in the cold.

We arrived at Saurin’s home in the wee hours of the morning. Unfortunately the previous guest took the key. At 1am we called Saurin and he was able to get us into the house. To have a host respond at 1am and rectify the situation while he was away himself was amazing! We stayed in the master sweet. The first night we were a bit chilly. We asked Saurin and he told us where we could find a heater! We texted with him multiple times and he always answered us!!! We do want to come back and would be happy to come back to Saurin’s home. Remember this is a shared space with other renters. Everyone was super respectful of one another!!! I do smoke and there was an easily accessible smoking area! Thanks for everything Saurin!

I feel lucky to stay at this place during my 2 month visit to Chicago. Barbara and James were amazing hosts, always caring and making sure their guests feel at home. They were also super helpful about everything a first-time traveller needed to know, from weather to transportation, food to community events. The apartment itself was cozy and lively, way beyond what it seemed on the photos! A variety of apparatus made a seamless transition to life in Chicago. Meanwhile, a Walgreens was within 15 mins walk. A Trader Joe’s and a Target within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and diverse. Nearby, there were top restaurants of Mexican, Peruvian, Vietnamese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Greek, Haiti cuisines, just to name a few. Public transit was extremely convenient to either downtown Chicago or Evanston. Despite the possibilities to adventure, living expenses were easy manageable. Because of Barbara and James, I had an unforgettable and amazing journey at Chicago.
