Jennifer's place was absolutely gorgeous! We we're a bit nervous about it being on someone's property but it felt so private, cozy, and homey!! The outside was stunning with the fruit trees and birds and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!! :))

James is an excellent host who was very communicative and had great pre-arrival instructions including a video. The space had queen beds in each bedroom although one is in a corner and a futon in living area you could sleep on but only for a short visit. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently enough for us to cook one meal of spaghetti and we enjoyed eating in the delightful courtyard area. Lush landscaping was enjoyed and the ability to launder some clothes with provided laundry soap was very helpful! Note the instructions on fridge to turn on gas to cottage if heat is needed. The space provided a place for two couples to stay but I wouldn’t recommend any women staying in this area alone.

Nice location - convenient and comfortable. Patrick was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We had a lot to accomplish in one week and this space was perfect to get some work done, relax and rejuvenate, and spend time with family. Since we had nice weather, the front screen door was especially nice for us to enjoy fresh air and sunshine.

Great spot to spend 10 days. Posh 1 was modern, well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay at Kingston's place. My husband and I had our toddler so the three of us were very comfortable. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We wanted to extend our stay and Kingston was gracious and willing to let us do so. We will absolutely be returning when we come back to Newport!

This was a great secluded rental within walking distance to the beach, little shops and restaurants. Kristina was very proactive in response to any needs we had.

Five stars - There was a scheduling mix up over the holiday weekend with the cleaning service before we arrived but our host, Rachel, quickly came over with cleaning supplies in hand and took care of it all, making it really nice & clean for our weekend stay.

Possibly the best place I’ve ever booked. Gordon greeted us upon arrival, and was very helpful with local recommendations and making sure we felt at home during our stay. The place itself was small, but intimate and had everything we needed to appreciate the inside and outdoors. There was plenty of light and hot water in the cabin itself, and the outside of it holds warm outdoor lights in case you’re not too fond of complete darkness. Overall, I’m definitely coming here again.

Awesome time

Everything perfect. Quiet location. The kitchy/Deco design and color scheme is fun and makes for an enjoyable change from the often drab Airbnb surroundings. Pleasant 10 minute walk over to Rodeo drive, nearby Whole Foods etc. Highly recommended.

Nice little get away located near the foothills. The decor was nice with an amazing desk and decor. Easy to get in and out. Should you need sweetener for coffee tea bring your own. Would definitely book again.

This accommodation was magical! So beautiful and clean, surrounded by nature and still close to everything! Alina was so helpful and friendly, we can't wait to come back 🥰 We experienced pure bliss just by sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.

I loved this place. I have been traveling a lot to California for business and usually staying in Hotels. This place is such a better alternative to a hotel room. It's quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, and it definitely seems like a safe place to take a walk. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

I had a lovely stay at Diana's beautiful Silver Lake studio. I was only in town for a short visit, but loved having this cool and comfortable home base. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Nichola’s place was perfect for us and our dog! It’s in a beautiful location with lots of delicious food nearby. Also a nice dog park that’s only a 5 min drive away. The space was much bigger than I expected, very nicely designed, and extremely clean. It had everything we needed! Thank you Nichola!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Burbank. The area felt very safe, we walked around a lot and did the mountain hill hike too. Definitely visit “Ballers and Brew” (you can walk to it) if you want excellent donuts, wonderful service, and organic coffee! Parking was usually very easy to access. The studio is located on a quiet street, in a nice neighborhood. Grocery stores-Sprouts and Ralph’s are within 3 minutes away. Great location, close to anything you might need. Sylvia responded quickly always and we had full privacy the entire stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Elena's cottage. Her home was spotless and had every I needed. The decor was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. On my last morning Elena dropped by with some fresh made juice as a departing gift and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this special gem and I look forward to staying there next time I am in the area.

My daughter and I loved our special mother/daughter getaway to the cabin by the ocean! This is a beautiful location. We had a blast and Aaron and Monica were super responsive. Thanks again.

Such a cute place! I took a solo trip and this was a great space for it! Lots of open space l, and the patio/ outdoor area is perfect for a little sun! Has everything I needed for my stay and was easy to find and in a safe area with things to do around it!

Matt was a great host! Everything was clean and it was easy checking in and out! The location is beautiful, Matt gave us a tour of the upstairs lookout and a nearby trail and we saw the best views. During the tour he was very informative about the area and gave us a sense of comfort being there. I would definitely visit again!

Polina was an absolutely delightful Host. I traveled from the East Coast and the photos and descriptions were exactly as they were listed. The space was quiet, clean and exactly what I needed for this bucket list trip and my interactions with Polina were very pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend.

First timer in LA,I just appreciate the hospitality,comfort and courtesy of our host. It feels like you’re staying over at family, or a friends house. As a woman who will likely be traveling back to Cali,I’ll pay the extra money for safety and a good nights rest + a hot tub over something cheap and uncertain any day so pleasssse let me book again,in the future. 10/10 overall and amazing memories made here.

We had a delightful time staying at Stacees place! It was very clean, TONs of amenities, even if your forgot a toothbrush there was extra (brand new of course)! The tv swivel was perfect to watch on the couch and the bed. I personally love old Chatsworth and being back in the canyon. The People living on the property were very kind and good to talk too. There dog was supper cute to 😊. Overall a great experience and am interested booking again !
